“Had a blast staying at this luxe hotel right in the heart of downtown Louisville. I found the hotel staff friendly, and loved to museum format where I had access to check out the art at any time I wanted. Beds were comfy but my only point of feedback is that I wish they had softer pillows! I found the ones on the bed too big vs. my preference”
