“Everything was superlative: the impeccable level of service, the food, ambiance, grounds and feel of the resort. Very clean and well maintained throughout. It was impressive that so many of the resort personnel addressed us by name, although I'm sure that we hadn't interacted personally with some of them. “I would love to give a shoutout to the entire Banyan Tree Bintan staff, who were all very selfless in their assistance to us and tireless waiting upon our every request.
Banyan Tree Bintan is an amazing location. We booked 302 which is a villa on the rocks and the view was outstanding with total privacy. The villa itself leaves one rather speechless. Well appointed and very large with a private spa tub. Notably the bed was amazing. Such a a romantic four post king sized bed with elegant lace nets draping the entire bed.
The restaurants and cuisine offered were amazing and again, the people made the experience memorable.
Look forward to returning one day.”
