“Está muy bien para pasar la noche en tu visita a La Paz (una o dos). Está a minutos del malecón y del centro. No pidas mucho, el desayuno es malo, como en todos los hoteles en general de esta cadena, pero tiene una pequeña alberca y una playita (que dice ser privada), aunque está abierta a la calle como debiera ser. El personal no es muy atento. Hay unos maceteros con palmeras al costado de la playa que son un peligro, cuidado al caminar junto a ellos: no te sientes encima porque por lo visto se derrumban y pueden generarte un accidente. En lineas generales, aceptable.”

“Hi there! We stayed with City Express over a month ago and ended up leaving early because we were not satisfied with our stay. We were assured a refund for the nights we didn't stay there. We have had an EXTREMELY frustrating time trying to contact them to get our refund back, they don't respond to emails, answer our calls, or answer Travelocity's attempts to reach out either.City Express has awful customer service and make false promises. I would highly recommend going with another hotel that cares about their customers.”
