“The pool was essentially a cold plunge. I found it unnecessary that guests have to go to the front desk in the lobby to get pool towels. I asked for pillows, blanket, and a sheet for my third guest, and had to go to the front desk for that too. Unfortunately, the pillows were basically flat as a pancake once you laid your head on them and the mattress was equally uncomfortable. The pullout couch had a tag that read “2002” and the mattress in it most likely was never replaced considering how springy and it was. Majority of the staff were kind and professional. Not a big fan of the building set up as there is one elevator and was located far from my room. Breakfast was good - they have a fresh waffle maker, good variety of beverages, and everything tasted pretty fresh.”

“I've been staying here weekly for the last few months for work. The rooms are always very clean! I've never had any problems with staff or the general public. In fact the staff are all very helpful and nice! When I call they know my name, know that I will only need a few nights and there seems to always be availability.
The free Continental breakfast is always a bonus!
They also give out a Sparrow Employee discount if anyone in the area needs a little R&R! 😁”
