Quartos confortáveis, ótima localização e serviço amigável. As salas de conferências e as refeições agradáveis para os intervalos para café eram boas. Eu tinha o maior quarto com vista da montanha Ararat.Atenção: o sétimo andar é para hóspedes fumantes e as recepcionistas não me perguntaram se prefiro ou não o quarto para não fumantes. Eu precisei mudar o quarto assim que percebi que estava no chão de fumar. É aqui que os funcionários do hotel podem melhorar, perguntando a todos que desejam colocar no piso para fumadores se o hóspede concorda com isso.O café da manhã poderia ser enriquecido com opções da culinária local, os ferros em dois dos meus quartos estavam sujos, então eu não conseguia passar minhas camisas adequadamente. Os elevadores podem ficar lentos às vezes, especialmente na hora do café da manhã.

Comfortable rooms, great location and friendly service. Nice conference rooms and meals for the coffee breaks were good. I had the greatest view room on Ararat mountain. Warning: seventh floor is for smoking guests and receptionists did not ask me whether or not I prefer the nonsmoking room. I needed to change The room once I realized I was on a smoking floor. This is where the hotel staff could improve by asking everyone they want to put on smoking floor if this is ok with the guest. Breakfast could be enriched with local cuisine choices, irons in two of my rooms were dirty so I could not iron my shirts properly. Elevators could gets slow sometimes, especially at breakfast times.

Es un magnífico hotel de 4*, ubicado apenas 10 minutos caminando de la Plaza de la República, centro neurálgico de la que hoy es una vital, animosa y alegre ciudad digna de visitar; punto de partida de los numerosos monasterios e iglesias armenias, que se hallan en los cuatro puntos cardinales del país y que se consideran de las más antiguas del Cristianismo. El hotel dispone de cuantas comodidades requiere un viajero, que no exija demasiado lujo, y quien se sentirá plenamente satisfecho de lo que se le ofrece.

Hotel moderno y centrico con personal que en todo momento te resuelve las dudas y preguntas que tengas. Las habitaciones estan bien dotadas de todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Es de destacar el personal del restaurante y del buffet que esta pendiente de que no falte de nada y en restaurante te aconsejan sobre los platos y los vinos del pais,no te agovian pero estan pendientes de tus necesidades. En conjunto el hotel es muy recomendable y si vuelvo a Armenia sin duda me volvere a alojar en este hotel.
