“Hotel decuidado y con falta de mantenimiento. teniamos dos habitaciones y una olia muchisimo a cigarro y no pudimos dormir la primera noche. mucho ruido en las habitaciones contiguas. el desayuno deja mucho que desear y no se puede servir uno, lo sirve una encargada. deja mucho que desear el mantenimiento del hotel”

“I go to Houston about once a month. This hotel was the hotel I stayed at each time I went to Houston for a year until recently.
The good:
Near the galleria (walking distance)
I personally like the breakfast.
Front desk staff have always been welcoming!
The bad:
Valet staff: They have all been kind respectful workers until the last time I stayed there. The man that worked the valet that night (March 27,2022) was extremely rude and was very disrespectful.
Rooms are out of date and need a renovation.
The last two times I stayed there the hot water didn’t work. The first time, I didn’t mind it and just told the staff when I checked out. They provided me Hilton points in return. The second time I switched rooms.
I would consider staying at this hotel again if the rooms were more updated and if I knew the warm water would be working.”
