Hotel itself has nice view. I booked two night stays through a booking website online in Dec 2021. End of the trip, additional $72 was charged for parking $36/night, which was never mentioned to me by front desk nor the booking site. The front desk employees are the rudest I have ever come across in hospitality. I requested the check out receipt via email, but never got it. I have to call again and question about receipt and additional parking fee. I can understand the parking is tight and scare around SF, but come on, with $36/night parking, one can get a valet!, not parking far away in self park parking lot. This will be my first and last time staying here. Very disappointed due to bad customer service and not giving upfront cost.

Our power went out so to make sure our kids were comfortable, we checked in to Embassy Suites at 6pm. Half an hour later, we got notification that the power came back on. Again, for the sake of the kids, we checked out. When we explained to the front desk the situation, we were told that there is NOTHING that they can do. I called the Hilton Honors customer service line and they were, at least, able to give us points for our troubles. I was hoping the hotel would be more accommodating but, unfortunately, they were not. EDIT: Got the "Response from the owner" below that states the issue was corrected in a "timely fashion." I would disagree. The hotel staff did not correct the issue at all. If I had not called customer service, I am not sure anything would have been done.

One star is way too kind for this hotel. They are all about nickle and diming their customers. Five dollars to use the airport shuttle. $36 to park for your overnight stay with the hotel. $50 for an early check-in. The actual hotel has seen better days. It is run down. The "complimentary " was cold. The front desk personnel were very rude. Avoid this hotel!

I'm honestly confused. Confused as to why it has a 4.1 rating on Google. This place needs some serious work. Extremely disappointed by the overall upkeep of the place. I booked it looking forward to staying in an Embassy Suites, as they have always been a pleasure to stay at. However, this one truthfully is not it. The interior and rooms feel much like an old hotel that has never had proper renovations. Our room was rundown, worn, and not pleasant to stay in. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable we've seen in a hotel. The bathroom was definitely not up to standards in regard to cleaning. When checking in, we encountered a very rude front desk attendant, who had no desire to help us in any regard. We were also charged an outrageous parking fee, which was never specified prior to booking. I understand, as it's close to the airport that they would charge for parking, but this is ridiculous. Especially with no prior warning. Then on top of all that, we lost a large amount of food, due to the refrigerator in our room not working properly. When I contacted the hotel in regards to the issues, they said that nothing could be done. I really hope that this place gets better, but will not be coming back any time soon.

1. Never have I been to a hotel where so many of the front desk employees are rude. 2. Booked my room through Hotel.com for $157 per night. When I checked in, it's now $174, plus the Hotel charged my credit card the entire amount when I checked in with an additional $100 per night just in case I charge something to my room. Still waiting for my credit from 2 weeks ago. Don't forget the additional $37 to park outside. Will never stay here again.
