Stay away. Filthy room. Main upholstered chair was filthy. Stained in 5-6 spots. I’ve stayed in Motel 6a in the past that were superior. Rude staff with a few exceptions. Paper thin blankets. Weird eggs. Cheap shampoo, etc. Staff seemed mostly miserable and very angry to be at work. Very negative experience unfortunately. But after checking out early from Hampton, I drive 3 min and went to Courtyard Marriott about a mile away and it was FAR superior in every aspect. The bed comfort was much better. The room was cleaner by 3 -4 grades - an A versus a D/F

Our stay in your premier hotel was such a delight! The accommodations are extremely clean and comfortable, with Downtown Petaluma a short drive away or if inclined, a nice walk. We found the room beautifully understated with the high arched dormer windows, the exposed brickwork and ceiling slats, the long hallway with the elegant lighting; and, in reading a brief history of this particular location, it made our stay even more special to know that care was taken to maintain the original brickwork and ceiling slats when the building was built out as a luxury hotel. We felt a connection with the significance of this building and the people who lived and worked here, taking flight in our imaginations as to what purpose our room’s area was used for in the silk factory and how it fit within the function of the factory. The pictures displayed in our room are such a nice touch; a nod to honor these people, their work and accomplishments. Surroundings are important, however, dedicated and supportive people are the pillars of good relations and the staff we met upon our arrival and during our stay are wonderful people. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area, always greeting us with a smile and a good morning, have a great day. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting the cleaning staff, if the people who made our breakfast each day are any indication, their first concern are the guests and they make each guest feel comfortable while they are staying in your hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed at. It's a refurbished silk factory and is super interesting. They've incorporated a lot of the original architecture and design of the place. The hallway on the second floor does feel a bit eerie in the middle of the night though. The girl who checked me in was so great. Breakfast was so good, honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The lady working the breakfast was so nice and sweet.

Love this place. The furnishings and design try a bit too hard to be chic and modern but it might be that I'm too old school. Comfortable beds, good HVAC, well trained, helpful staff, a GREAT breakfast, very effective window shades, and a very convivial fire pit for evening conversation. The rooms are a bit small with minimal storage and the bathroom storage is skimpy for an older couple with lots of bathroom gear, but it's doable. The Common Areas areas are a bit minimalistic. I'd be glad to return.

This is the nicest Hampton Inn! The building has so much charm on the outside. There is a fire pit and seating areas in the back of the hotel. Inside the hallways are decorated and well lit. There's free parking in multiple lots. The fitness center is spacious for a hotel. Breakfast is great. The hotel is doing the regular breakfast where you can make a waffle, have a hot breakfast, muffins, yogurt and fruit. Most hotels have stopped serving a full breakfast so it was nice to be able to enjoy.
