“I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in many Hampton Inn over the years, including ones that are being renovated. This one does not live up to the Hilton family of hotels standard. The AC didn't work, I called the front desk and let them know as soon as we arrived, and they said someone would be up as quickly as possible. We were there for two nights, but no one ever came. When I say it didn't work, I don't mean it wasn't cool enough; it flat-out did not come on at all. I could look over that, but it didn't stop there. There was dirt and hair in the sink. A used washcloth was hanging over the shower curtain, which means the curtain wasn't changed either. the lotion that was left as a courtesy was dirty and appeared to have been used. the decor was lacking, but maybe that is being changed out. the plumbing fixtures were loose. I could go on and on. All of these items are due to laziness and lack of attention to detail. Don't stay here. I'm not even going to elaborate on the price, because I don't mind paying for a nice place to stay, but I do mind paying to stray in a dump.”

“My experience here was great...the room was very clean and the TV had a good bit of clear cable channels. Special shout out to the front desk lady clerk name "Nelly". She was very nice and kind..greeted both my children and I with a bright smile..she answered all the questions I asked her with no problem. And shout out to the Breakfast lady cant remember her name but she was very nice and kind as well. The food was great...this will be my Go to Hotel when im in the Midlothian area again...Thanks so much for making my family & I very comfortable....”
