Hotel limpo. Café da manhã decente (opções quentes e frias). Quartos confortáveis e modernos.Mas parece ser um lugar de festa. Tão alto na noite de sábado que nem todos conseguíamos dormir. Afinal, é para isso que serve um hotel? Dormir? Os hotéis têm salões de festas no nível principal - eles deveriam ter mudado a sala de festas para um salão de festas real.

Ótimo lugar para ficar. Os quartos são muito limpos. Estão equipados com mini-frigorífico, micro-ondas, televisão e secretária. Tínhamos também um mini-sofá em nosso quarto. Os quartos são enormes também! O café-da-manhã de cortesia foi um plus. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e seguiram bem os protocolos COVID. Recomendo se visitar NYC. Você pode economizar muito dinheiro e apenas pegar a balsa de Staten Island, que é gratuita e opera a cada 30 minutos 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana.

Great place to stay. Rooms are very clean. They're are equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, TV, and a desk area. We also had a mini couch in our room. The rooms are huge as well! Complimentary breakfast was a plus. The staff were very friendly and followed COVID protocols well. Highly recommend if visiting NYC. You can save a lot of money and just take the Staten Island Ferry which is free and runs every 30 minutes 24/7.

Clean hotel. Decent breakfast (both hot and cold choices). Comfortable rooms and modern looking. But it appears to be a party place. So loud Saturday night we all couldn't sleep. That's what a hotel is for after all right? Sleep? The hotels have party rooms on the main level - they should have moved the room party to an actual party room.

Os tapetes precisam ser trocados nas suítes. Os quartos eram geralmente limpos e as camas eram confortáveis. Os banheiros eram limpos.Os computadores do business center carregaram muito poucas páginas da web selecionadas pela Hilton. Eu precisava do Google Maps para encontrar meu caminho em torno da SI. The rugs need to be changed in the guest suites. The rooms were generally clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath rooms were clean. The computers in the business center loaded up very few web pages that were selected by Hilton. I needed google maps to find my way around SI. It was not available. You can't print a map that won't load up.

Este lugar precisa desesperadamente de algumas cortinas blackout. Não importa o quão confortável seja a cama, se as luzes do estacionamento forem fortes o suficiente para ler, mesmo com a cortina principal fechada.Este é, infelizmente, o caso de um problema afetando drasticamente minha impressão do lugar. O lobby é bom, a internet é rápida e confiável (embora irritante sempre desconecta às 20h todas as noites). Os chuveiros são quentes e têm grande pressão. As camas são confortáveis, o AC é ótimo.Um ponto minucioso é que seria bom deixar o ventilador ligado, mas infelizmente ele só liga quando o ar-condicionado está ligado.Mas aquelas luzes azuis do estacionamento são simplesmente terríveis. Não tenho dormido bem desde que cheguei aqui. Mesmo com uma máscara de dormir, ela inevitavelmente sai durante a noite e eu não consigo dormir bem.A construção lá fora certamente não ajuda.Estou meio acomodado, mas realmente não posso recomendar o lugar se você está aqui a trabalho e precisa dormir bem.

This place desperately needs some blackout curtains. Doesn't matter how comfortable the bed is, if the parking lot lights are bright enough to read by, even with the main curtain closed.This is, unfortunately, a case of one issue drastically affecting my impression of the place. Lobby is nice, internet is fast and reliable (though annoying consistently disconnects at 8pm every night) Showers are hot and have great pressure. Beds are comfortable, AC is great.A nit picky point is that it'd be nice to be able to leave the fan on, but it unfortunately only turns on when the AC is on.But those blue hue parking lot lights are just terrible. I haven't slept well since I got here. Even with a sleep mask, it inevitably comes off through the night and I can't get restful sleep.The construction right outside, certainly doesn't help.I'm sort of settled in, but I really can't recommend the place if you're here on work and need good sleep.

Nice and clean hotel but a very poor breakfast. I have stayed here three times and the breakfast used to be excellent, but COVID changed that and all you get now is a cold bagel, some yogurt and an apple or orange.
