“The room had stained carpet and tub. No room service attended for 5 of our 8 day stay. They did not honor the prices quoted and printed on our reservation. We did not find out about onging construction until after check in and after signing an agreement to keep our pets from making noise so from 8 til 4 we had to leave our room with our pets because that is when construction was going on. Staff was not helpful or seemed entrusted in helping us resolve some of the issues that we presented.”
