Meu cúmplice e eu ficamos por enquanto no seu hotel na semana passada. A equipe foi muito cordial e acolhedora A associação Wi-Fi também funcionou de forma consistente. Além disso, vi que os quartos eram excepcionalmente extensos com enormes camas agradáveis. A comida também era deliciosa e a administração do quarto era rápida e simples. O que um local excepcionalmente decente para relaxar!

My accomplice and I stayed for the time being at your Hotel Last week. The staff was really cordial and accommodating The Wi-Fi association additionally worked consistently. I additionally saw that the rooms were exceptionally extensive with huge agreeable beds. The food was additionally scrumptious and the room administration was speedy and simple. Os quartos da suíte júnior Queen tinham uma boa configuração para uma estadia de cinco dias para minha família. Muito conveniente ter o restaurante no térreo para café da manhã e jantar, com boa comida e bom serviço. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa.

Não sei muito sobre a região, ficamos aqui para trabalhar. Mas o próprio hotel é ótimo. A equipe é incrível. É perto de alguns ótimos restaurantes que eu experimentei. Descendo a rua do Walmart, Costco etc. Localização muito boa perto do aeroporto se você não tiver um carro. Eles apresentam um restaurante e um bar que é bom. Todo ótimo lugar para ficar. Nós certamente gostamos cada vez que viemos aqui. Os quartos estão sempre limpos e nunca tivemos problemas. Recomendo isso para a área de Fresno / Clovis.

Las habitaciones Queen junior suite tenían una buena configuración para una estadía de cinco días para mi familia. Es muy conveniente tener el restaurante en la planta baja para el desayuno y la cena, con buena comida y buen servicio. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial.

No sé mucho sobre la zona, nos quedamos aquí por trabajo. Pero el hotel en sí es genial. El personal es asombroso. Está cerca de algunos buenos restaurantes que probé. Al final de la calle de Walmart, Costco, etc. Bastante buena ubicación cerca del aeropuerto si no tienes coche. Tienen un restaurante y un bar que es bueno. Todo un gran lugar para quedarse. Ciertamente lo disfrutamos cada vez que venimos aquí. Las habitaciones están siempre limpias y nunca hemos tenido problemas. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente para el área de Fresno / Clovis.

Queen junior suite rooms had a good set-up for a five-day stay for my family. Very convenient to have the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner, with good food and good service. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I don’t know much about the area, we stay here for work. But the hotel itself is great. The staff is amazing. It’s near some great restaurants that I’ve tried. Down the street from Walmart, Costco etc. Pretty good location near the airport if you don’t have a car. They do have a restaurant and bar that is good. All around great place to stay. We certainly enjoy it every time we come here. The rooms are always clean and we’ve never had any issues. Highly recommend this for the Fresno/Clovis area.

Nice hotel. Modern and nicely kept. Adjustable beds are a nice touch. Very friendly staff. Will return.The folks in the restaurant were very accommodating and helpful. loved the adjustable bed. Great food... Great service at the bar.

Quarto limpo, eu tinha um com cama king size, eles têm frigobar e uma máquina de café Keurig. Trouxe meu próprio café e creme. Eles só lhe dão 2 creamers de cada vez. O restaurante você pode jantar na sala de jantar ou pedir para ir sem serviço de quarto. Eu teria dado 4 ou até 5 estrelas, mas deixei o carregador do telefone no meu quarto e, claro, a manutenção da casa "não" o encontrou e devolvi. Liguei para eles na noite em que fiz o check-out e eles tinham alugou o quarto para que eles não pudessem ir verificar até o dia seguinte, quando eu tive que ligar novamente e ver se eles podiam verificar .. eles estão localizados perto de todos os tipos de lojas e fast food ou mesmo Denny's no final da estrada ... Bom localização....

Na primeira noite, depois de cerca de duas horas, fui picado por um percevejo e também o peguei. Desci para a recepção e conseguiu um novo quarto para a noite. No entanto, o resto da resposta foi totalmente sem brilho, embora eu tenha mostrado o bug para a recepcionista, ele não estava realmente interessado em olhar para ele. Ele também me disse que o Controle de Pragas não poderia sair no mesmo dia por causa do Dia de Ação de Graças. Claro que isso é totalmente inaceitável. Na manhã seguinte, a gerente do hotel me ligou para dizer que não iam me reembolsar pelo quarto (embora vocês possam imaginar que minha noite foi arruinada) e ela duvidou que houvesse até mesmo insetos ruins. Meu parceiro de negócios e eu temos status na Hilton e isso apenas mostra o quanto vale a sua fidelidade para a Hilton. Muito desapontado.

On the first night after about two hours I got bitten by a bed bug and caught it too. Went down to the reception and did get a new room for the night. However the rest of the response was totally lackluster even though I showed the bug to the receptionist, he wasn’t really interested to look at it. He also told me that Pest Control could not come out the same day because of Thanksgiving. Of course this is totally unacceptable. The next morning the manager of the hotel called me to say that they were not going to reimburse me for the room (even though you can imagine that my night was ruined) and she doubted that there were even bad bugs. My business partner and I both have status with Hilton and it just shows what your loyalty is worth to Hilton. Very disappointed.

Clean room I had one with king bed they have mini fridge and a Keurig coffee machine . I brought my own coffee and creamer . They only give you 2 creamers at a time. The restaurant you can dine in the dining room or order to go no room service. I would've given 4 or even 5 stars but I had left my phone charger in my room and of course house keeping "didn't" find it and turn in. I called them the evening of when I had checked out and they had rented the room out so they couldn't go check till the next day when I had to call again and see if they could check.. they are located near all kinds of stores and fast food or even Denny's down the road ... Good location....
