Hotel fantástico, acolhedor, com um café da manhã excelente. Ótima localização. Quartos amplos, simplicidade, mas com um toque de sofisticação. Boa opção para almoço buffet e jantar a la carte. Para quem aprecia, tem um hambúrguer delicioso. Vale a pena se hospedar ou apenas frequentar para um bom café, almoço ou jantar

Um hotel super agradável. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa. O hotel é muito grande e muito moderno. Os quartos são muito limpos e muito agradáveis. Particularmente notável é o piso aquecido no banheiro :)O café da manhã é muito rico. Não havia realmente nada faltando aqui.Muito obrigado!

Good location near the Centre and very nice and helpful staff, from the hotel and the bar. Clean and big rooms. Very dog friendly. The one and only negative point is that the bedroom is not really sounprooved. The hotel is one of the best we've had so far in Hamburg. 👍😍

I can barely give a good comment, staffs are welcomed, but no heating in the room in such cold weather. Noisy, especially other room closed the door your room will be shaky!! Response to the general manager: I was staying on 14.10, the Lüftung is out of service at that night,I have contacted the front office and they give me another quilt, so I have commented the staff are pretty nice, but the crucial problem is the Lüftung should not out of work for whole day for a 4 star hotel!!!! That’s the reason. Another reason is noise in the morning, especially from the noise when door closing, you can try it by your own.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was comfortable for 2. The location was conveniently located, with less than a minute walk to the bus stop and a bakery.There isn't anything I was unhappy with, but neither was there anything that stood out for me.

A brilliant hotel, I cannot recommend it enough. -Its in a great location- fairly quiet but central and great for getting into town or other areas. -The rooms are lovely, clean and large. -Amazing value for the price. -The bed is very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep every night we were there. -The staff are lovely and really helpful, and the bar is also really great. Would definitely stay again!

The location was superb near a metro station. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was superb. If i could say something negative, it will be that it may not be value for money for leisure/family trips.

A great place to stay when visiting the city of Hamburg. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good with a large assortment. Only thing to notice is that the rooms are not that soundproof and it isn'tthat hard to hear people in the room next to you. But overall, good hotel to stay with a quick walk to the metro line or the city centre.

Very, very nice staff, great reception. Modern and nice rooms, the beds were great, breakfast buffet was very diverse, from pancakes to gluten-free products. The center can be reached on foot in 30 minutes, and there are 2 stops by bus. The bus station was right around the corner. A very nice and clean area. Next visit definitely Scandic!

A perfect business hotel, also suitable for city trips and for families. Situated directly near Subway station Gänsemarkt - and thus in the center of Hamburg. Meanwhile, I come here for many years. The service & breakfast are excellent for the price range. The rooms are clean and quiet. It is particularly the friendliness of the staff that is amazing. During the pandemic, business trips are no fun. When arriving at Scandic, one still always feels comfortable - indeed a great place to spend one or more nights.

Boa. Um pouco decepcionada com o método pra Meia Pensão, do hotel. Durante seis noites, somente um dos jantares foi em buffet. Todas as 5 outras noites, um menu com 3 opções de comida, com qualquer bebida (inclusive a água), paga extra e imediatamente quando se terminava o jantar. O caféda manhã ótimo.Bem variado e com muitos produtos orgânicos. A localização do hotel, é sem dúvida, maravilhosa. Próximo à parte de mais glamour e cultura da cidade. Pra quem procura elegância ehistória, eu aconselho muito, mas sem meia pensão rsrsrsrsrs.
