“Not the usual kempinski 5 star hotel. Very crowded. As black member of Kempinski we had double upgrade but still found that my room not acceptable, with shared entrance with another room. Very bright in the morning and the toilet door is glass so the sun is all over the room since sunshine. The breakfast is a disaster as the restaurant seems like overbooked that we had to sit in the bar and it is options are very limited. My worst kempinski experience so far. However I have to mention that Mr. Roberto Campanelli insisted on offering us the best and most comfortable assistant when he found we are not happy. Much appreciated Mr. Campanelli”

“Room key doesn’t work. Safe doesn’t open. No one is answering the phone from my room line. Check in was a beat down. Not looking good one hour in.
And they did not disappoint- continued poor customer service and quality for the price. Tried to cancel our room and was put on hold. Again. Just to talk to a manager.
Save yourself there trouble - airport Hilton might be a better choice.”
