My family and I have been here about 4 times. It's one of our favorite hotels and places to swim at. The rooms are pretty pricey you definitely want to book your stay away headed time. If you like to snorkel .You can do thaout front also can body board if there is a swell.

We love this hotel. It has golf course, small parking spots, plenty of places to eat, beautiful Japanese garden, the grotto bar is by the pool area. There is a restaurant by the pool with plenty of choices plus there is a shaved ice shack. The luau is by the pool area

Such a great experience here with my family.Rooms are very nice, views are spectacular.My 3 year old loved the waterslide and pool.We saw turtles while at the beach in front of the property.Love this place!

Este resort é o melhor avaliado na área. Eu estou hospedado aqui há anos. Se você ficar por algumas noites, não se arrependerá.Hospedado aqui para nossa lua e nós absolutamente deslumbrado. Definitivamente estará de volta! Excelente comida, pessoal, praia e piscina. Foi absolutamente perfeito. Altamente recomendado.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a resort. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it. Stayed here for our honeymoon and we were absolutely blown away. Definitely will be back!! Great food, staff, beach, and pool. It was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

Swam with turtles out back behind the resort. The staff was helpful with tips about the area, and quite friendly. A pleasant experience in paradise. Stay here 5 stars

I own a time share here. I truly can’t describe how beautiful the resort and its location is within one of the prettiest places on earth. If you walk along the expansive kaanapali beach, you quickly understand how the Hyatt residence club is in a different tier above most of the other resorts in the area! The rooms are spacious and updated, the views are second to none, the pools and the food is incredible and the service there is personal. If you are planning a trip to paradise, you need to at least consider this place.

Excelentes vistas com atendimento ao cliente correspondente. Fui para a nossa lua de mel e definitivamente recomendo. O quarto estava imaculado e bem preparado, então mantivemos assim e optamos pelo extra de $ 10 diários durante os poucos dias que estivemos lá. Eles oferecem jarros de água no quarto e a conveniência de uma fonte em cada andar. A piscina principal estava limpa e quase vazia, já que todos estavam tomando banho de sol, então havia muito espaço para nadar livremente. Notei que uma piscina próxima tinha uma coleção de folhas e parecia negligenciada. Eles também tinham uma piscina infantil separada que foi ótimo para os adultos. Um serviço de toalhas ao lado da piscina estava disponível, mas fecha à noite, apesar da piscina estar aberta durante todo o dia, mas o serviço de quarto foi rápido para fornecer toalhas quando necessário. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi de primeira qualidade e tinha uma bela vista do lago e dos pássaros separados por uma rede para a segurança de sua comida. A loja de presentes era boa, mas as opções eram um tanto limitadas. O café do hotel é imperdível, eles têm excelentes opções locais que realmente se destacam. O Luau foi uma experiência maravilhosa com muita comida e bebidas ilimitadas, mas eu não era um grande fã de carne de porco; Seria melhor eu puxar carne de porco de um restaurante na estrada para Hana. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência!

Beautiful resort with great views and a nice, large pool. Waterfalls were a neat touch. Have to wake up early for a decent seat by the pool. The beach directly in front of the resort was small & rocky, but you could easily walk along the beach to find a nice place to swim. The breakfast was worth the money if you like eating in the AM. Friendly bartenders at the bar by the pool!

Great views with matching customer service. Went for our honeymoon and would definitely recommend. The room was immaculate and well prepared so we kept it that way and opted for the extra $10 daily for the few days we were there. They offer water jugs in the room and the convenience of a fountain on each floor. The main pool was clean and mostly empty since everyone was sunbathing so plenty of room to swim freely. I did notice a nearby pool had a collection of leaves and seemed neglected. They also had a separate kids pool which was great for the adults. A pool side towel service was available but closes at night despite the pool being open all day, but room service was quick to provide towels when needed. The breakfast buffet was top notch and had a great view of the pond and birds separated by a net for the safety of your food. The gift shop was nice but the options were somewhat limited. The hotel coffee shop is a must, they have excellent local choices that really stand out. The Luau was a wonderful experience with plenty of food and unlimited beverages, however I wasn't a big fan of the pork; I had better pulled pork from a restaurant on the road to Hana. Overall it was a great experience!
