“Clerks at the front desk are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is out of this world. Fresh ingredients local to the area. The rooms are literally home away from home. The only issue I had was the lack of microwave in the room.”

“Great place. One of my favorite Hyatt Place locations. Would have given it 5 stars but they have a sign at the front desk saying they guarantee rooms but not room type. We require a specific type of room and if I reserve that room, I expect to get it. This sign made me very uneasy until check in was complete. Even after check in the sign made me very uncomfortable for everyone else in my position. Also, the front desk is not the place to put a disclaimer. That needs to be done at reservation time, not check in time. Staff was practically non-existent when I needed them. They lock the front door at 9pm, leaving you out in the cold until a staff member sees you, if you're not checked in yet. Much as I love this location, I see service level on its way downhill now.”
