C'est un nouvel hôtel ultra-moderne du 21ème siècle. Il est situé près de la rivière de Moscou à seulement 10 minutes de la station de métro d'une des principales artères de Moscou sur le chemin qui mène de l'aéroport international "Domodedovo" au centre-ville. L'hôtel dispose de 14 étages. et les hôtes peuvent profiter d'une belle vue panoramique sur Moscou et ses environs depuis les fenêtres de leur chambre. Le musée architectural et historique "Kolomenskoïe" est situé près de l'hôtel. C'était habituellement la résidence royale. En seulement 20 minutes pouont est au centre-ville, où les clients peuvent visiter la Place Rouge, le Kremlin, le théâtre Bolchoï et d'autres importantes attractions touristiques de Moscou.

“Well...I am staying almost a month in this hotel at this moment for business trip. It is bit out of location in center, instead quite peaceful and feeling like in home. Staffs are not super friendly but I think that's russian style. They are kind in their way though.
Most shame of thing in this hotel is no place to be relaxing like hotel lounge.
Found park around hotel(seems quite famous one) and good beer place(should take a cab around 5~10 mins from hotel.)
Ah...not bad chained Japanese restaurant in walking distance.”
