“A perfect storm of 5 star service and amenities blended with awful highlights.First, let’s just say the majority of front staff, the restaurant and majority of young guns running valet are fantastic service and truly care about the customer experience. 4/5 stars.Cleanliness - you would think that a place this nice would be impeccable, I mean it is such low-hanging fruit. But the reviews are true, they do not clean the room daily unless asked and even then stains are not hard to find. 2/5 stars.”
