“The workers are very nice and helpful, but at the same time they always ask what they can do to make your stay better.There’s a lot of stuff to do and everything in site is beautiful.They offer butler service which is very helpful and a nice luxury that adds to the trip.Our butler was Eduardo (Ed) if I could give him his own review I’d give him a 5 star. He’s a very nice stand up guy.Omar, Daysi and Paola at the pool bar are the best, and Smiley on the animation/entertainment team. Great people who made the stay very fun.”

“I took my son of a 6 day vacation to this resort. It has been amazing to say the least. We were greeted by our butler Miguel who has been so nice and professional. He helped us sort out our room issue, has always immediately responded to any questions we asked and helped with reservations. It has been so relaxing and worry free. All of the staff has been incredibly nice and welcoming!! You will love this resort.”
