I had the best experience in Cali, Colombia. Not only was the rooms nice and clean the staff was very professional and sincerely kind. I will stay at NH Cali Royal on my next visit. There are some key people I would like to give extra Thanks too.

“Mal servicio, la habitación el aire era más el ruido que lo que enfría, la TV no funcionaba, y solicitamos servicio y no arreglaron, además se quedó un reloj y no lo devolvieron (esto seguro personal, no culpo el hotel, pero si deben poner mas atención al personal, fue un reloj costoso). La verdad si quedamos muy decepcionados”
