“I brought my wife and 3 boys for a quick weekend getaway. We visited Silver Dollar City and did a boat rental on Table Rock Lake. Our accommodations were the Residence Inn. We have stayed at many other Residence Inns so it came as a surprise to us that this experience wasn't as top notch as all our other past stays at other properties. This was our first time to this location. It's definitely a big property! It's a big building with a lot of amenities. But half these amenities were not available during our stay. For once, there's a hot tub in the pool area! This is a rarity these days! But, it's out of order and likely to never be back according to an employee. They have a BBQ grill! The ignitors don't work and we couldn't grill on one of the evenings we were there. They have a really nice patio area with basketball court which was in very good shape and the front desk even has a couple of basketballs available. The gas fire pit is also out of order and we couldn't have some extra ambiance after putting the kids to bed. If things don't work, get them fixed especially if guests can use them and can enhance the experience! We had a 1-bedroom suite. This was a rather crammed suite especially for a Residence Inn. All other RIs we have stayed at had plenty of room for all 5 of us in their 1 bedroom suites. It may as well have been a standard room. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean and we had a fully stocked kitchen and full size refrigerator. Good thing we didn't stay more than two nights. Dishes would have piled up because the dishwasher did not work! Breakfast was actually really good. Lots of hot and continental options, employees who were attentive and interacting with guests at breakfast. The employees at the front desk we interacted with were very helpful and sympathetic to our needs and deeply apologized for the amenities not being available. They even gave us a credit for the amenities we had hoped to use but couldn't. But, when one steps away from the front desk, it is impossible to actually contact someone. I think they need to improve employee availability via phone when they need to step away. Otherwise, no one can get a hold of anyone either via phone or in person. Will we be back? Well, maybe. They need to lower the rates on the 2-bedroom suites, which would work better for our family of 5, and they need to get amenities fixed!”

“Very outdated. Everything in the room looks very used. The fridge is dented up and had crumbs inside. The shower and floors look dingy. The pool was recently opened but no hot tub. For the money we spent for 3 nights was a over priced for this Marriott. Usually a Residence Inn is known to be nice. By hearing the other reviews for breakfast, I hope it's decent. It doesn't sound like people are very impressed with that either.”
