“Generally I will say it is one of the most amazing hotels in the whole country. Loved the experience. Mostly the staff were welcoming and the hospitality level were high. The restaurant is great and they have one guy (Nickolay) who is an amazing waiter. He served us in the best way and made us feel in comfort, as he stand in the right way and his suggestion skills is highly appreciated. He did make me feel the Rixos luxury experience. For him alone I will give five stars. And for the hotel and the location and tr he experience also five stars and for the staff too.
One thing I would like to add about my experience is the guest relations. As we had a situation with the room and he was helpful.
The hotel is mainly russian speakers but the staff can accommodate English guests.”
