The staff was very nice, and the room was clean which is a big thing for us. The 3 stars is due to 3 issues: 1. The room didn't have a microwave and we had to use the one in the lobby which had an unpleasant smell of spoiled food. 2. The coffee machine in the room didn't work and it took a while to bring us a new one. 3. The house keeping entered our room twice without knocking; once, on our first day, while we weren't supposed to check out, and another time at the checking out day 2 hrs before checking out time, and It just doesn't feel right when someone enters your room when you sit and watch the TV.

Room was Musty and Smelled. No Towels in Gym and Empty Water Cooler. No Soap in dispenser in ladies restroom! Room needs deep cleaning to include the lamps that are dirty and definitely room needs updating! Won't be back!!! Signed, Business Traveler 😔

Os quartos são um pouco degradados e um labirinto se locomover em cada andar. Coisa agradável é o bar e assentos ao ar livre. Infelizmente estava chovendo quando ficamos lá, então não pudemos desfrutar de bebidas ao ar livre.

O hotel é muito bom, mas a menos que você esteja matriculado no Hilton Honors, sugiro que vá para outro lugar. Fiquei um pouco decepcionado com alguns detalhes do hotel, pois o aquecedor não estava funcionando bem no quarto e o atendimento ao cliente era muito médio (com exceção das senhoras na área de café da manhã). Eu preferia o hotel quando era o Cabot Lodge, tinha um ambiente mais aconchegante e mesmo que a reforma ficasse mais bonita... não tem a mesma qualidade.

Rooms are alittle run down and quite a maze getting around on each floors. Nice thing is the bar and open air seating. Unfortunately it was raining when we stayed there so wasn’t able to enjoy drinks in the open air.

The hotel is very nice but unless you are enrolled in Hilton Honors, I would suggest to go elsewhere. I was a little disappointed at certain details of the hotel as the heater wasn't working well in the room and the customer service was very average (with the exception of the ladies in the breakfast area). I preferred the hotel when it was the Cabot Lodge, had a cozier environment and even if the remodeling looks nicer... it doesn't have the same quality.

Reservei um quarto com varanda e paguei o custo adicional. Fiz o check-in e eles não mencionaram nenhuma alteração. Cheguei ao quarto e não havia varanda. Desceu as escadas e perguntou se havia uma confusão e ele me avisou que a pessoa anterior já deduziu o custo da minha estadia em um quarto regular. No entanto, não nos foi comunicado. Quando entramos no quarto, muitas coisas estavam erradas, mas já era tarde e tínhamos acabado de dirigir mais de 7 horas com uma criança. Fui ao banheiro cerca de 25 minutos depois de me instalar e fiquei horrorizado com o quão sujo o banheiro estava. O chuveiro estava incrivelmente sujo como se não tivesse sido limpo em semanas. Liguei para a recepção e eles ficaram felizes em nos dar outro quarto pelo inconveniente. Este quarto era ainda pior. A banheira era nojenta. Várias das lâmpadas não estavam funcionando. E uma das cobertas da cama estava suja. É 12:00 neste momento. Meu filho de 1 ano pulou a soneca e estava incrivelmente exausto do passeio. Ele precisava tomar banho e dormir porque estava chorando de exaustão. Coloquei uma toalha na banheira e o segurei e tomamos banho e o coloquei para dormir. Ficamos em vários hotéis nos últimos dias e eles foram INCRÍVEIS. Não tivemos problemas com a limpeza para os hotéis pelos quais pagamos menos. Mas isso levou a marca como a pior estadia em hotel que já tivemos.

I booked a room with the balcony and paid the additional cost. I checked in and they didn’t mention any changes. Got to the room and there was no balcony. Went downstairs and asked if there was a mixup and he advised me that the previous person already deducted the cost from my stay to a regular room. However, it was no communicated to us. When we got into the room a lot of things were off, but it was late and we had just drove 7+ hours with a toddler. I went to the bathroom about 25 minutes after settling in and was horrified with how dirty the bathroom was. The shower was incredibly dirty as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. I called the front desk and they were happy to give us another room for the inconvenience. This room was EVEN worse. The tub was disgusting. Several of the light bulbs were not working. And one of the bed covers was dirty. It is 12AM at this point. My 1 year old skipped his nap and was incredibly exhausted from the ride. He needed to shower and go to sleep because he was crying from exhaustion. I put a towel in the tub and held him and we showered and I put him to sleep. We’ve stayed in several hotels these past few days and they were AMAZING. We had no problems with cleanliness at all for hotels we paid laid less for. But this took the mark as the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had.

Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia lá no dia 9 de janeiro. Nosso hilton honras Diamond Membership foi reconhecido com todos com quem entramos em contato na recepção e no restaurante, tivemos um check-in acolhedor. A localização é muito conveniente, tudo a uma curta distância. Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos, atenciosos e educados. Pedimos uma salada de jardim para o jantar no restaurante e tivemos a opção de adicionar frango grelhado ou camarão grelhado, fomos para o camarão, foi incrível, a salada estava tão fresca e o camarão grelhado na perfeição. O hotel é muito bonito, a área externa é casual e a área de café da manhã é estilo cozinha aberta, self-service, o servidor foi bom e a comida, especialmente os ovos estavam muito deliciosos (eu normalmente não gosto de ovos sem gosto de hotéis). Ficaremos novamente quando viajarmos para a Flórida e pararemos para passar a noite.

We really enjoyed our stay there on January 9th . Our hilton honors diamondmembership was aknowledge with everyone we came in contact with at the front desk and restaurant, we had a welcoming check in.The location is very convenient, everything at walking distance. All staff was nice, attentive and polite. We ordered a garden salad for dinner at the restaurant and had the option to add grilled chicken or grilled shrimp, we went for the shrimp, it was amazing, the salad was so fresh and the shrimp grilled perfectly. The hotel is very beautiful, the outdoor sitting is casual and the breakfast area is open kitchen style, self service, the server was nice and the food, specially the eggs were very delicious ( I normally don't like tasteless eggs from hotels). We will stay again when we travel to Florida and stop for the night.

Fiquei três noites neste hotel e foi muito triste que quando voltávamos cansados ​​às 3, 4 ou 5 da tarde, o quarto nunca era limpo, tinha muito pó ali, tínhamos que pedir para trocar as toalhas. I stayed three nights in this hotel and it was very sad that when we returned tired at 3, 4 or 5 pm, the room was never cleaned, a lot of dust there, we had to ask to change our towels. The carpet in this room on the first floor was actually disgusting with dirt, the blue sofa had white spots that were not really nice. and to close as if that were not enough, the day we left, checking all the drawers, bathroom and closet that we had nothing left, I opened the drawer of the nightstand and there was a box of rotten food that smelled terrible and was green. I couldn't believe we slept there with those bacteria for 3 nights. :( we had no luck with cleanliness. otherwise the staff, very nice!

Muy buen Hotel, aseado..aunque me tocaron toallas rotas, desayuno bueno.

Passamos a noite e a experiência foi excelente. Quarto era limpo e as camas eram muito confortáveis. Se você for membro Hilton Silver, o café da manhã custa 12 dólares por adulto e crianças menores de 12 anos não pagam. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa.

Stayed overnight and the experience was excellent. Room was clean and the bed were very comfortable. If you are are Hilton Silver member breakfast is 12 dollars per adult and children’s under 12 are free. The staff was vey friendly and helpful.

Disappointed. There was no ice bucket. Called the clerk for one and he said he'll look for one. Never heard back. Called back 45 mins. later. Girl answer and we asked, again, for ice bucket. She says the same thing the other clerk said. We did quote that comment to her. She says, he went home. Really??..We paid money for service for that?..others like, coffee.. All decaf in the room....skipping this hotel next time.

Esta limpio, las camas y almohadas son muy buenas, pero no habían suficientes toallas, ni jabón, ni vasos desechables, en general, todas las amenidades fueron deficientes.

Si hubiera el menos una estrella se la doy! No hay limpieza de habitaciones, nuestra habitacion era para 4 personas y solo habian 2 toallas un jabón ..la parte del cafe un solo cafe la verdad es un engaño no vuelvo a ir a ese sitio ademas cobraron 50$ demas como un supuesto deposito que van a reintegrar que aun no veo en la cuenta en definitiva NO LO RECOMIENDO
