Excelente equipe amigável. Lugar super limpo agradável. Exceto que meio que cheira a xixi assim que você entra pela porta da frente. Não tenho certeza por quê. Tudo estava perfeito até que percebi que eles me cobraram por uma noite em que não fiquei. Então eu tive que discutir por mais de 30 minutos com o gerente. Carnudo branco (?) Cavalheiro. Não consigo lembrar o nome dele. Além disso, ele fez o cara novo, um negro mais jovem e bonito da Pensilvânia, pegar um para o time e discutir sua batalha por ele. Eu finalmente, educadamente, pedi a ele que, por favor, trouxesse o gerente aqui, já que ele não era a pessoa responsável pelo "erro". Ele fez. Eles finalmente me reembolsaram e devolveram meu depósito. Como deveriam.

Great friendly staff. Nice super clean place. Except it kinda smells like pee right as you walk in front door. Not sure why. Everything was perfect until I noticed they charged me for a night I did not stay. Then I had to argue for over 30 minutes with the manager. Portly white (?) Gentleman. Can't remember his name. Plus he made the new guy, nice looking younger black man from Pennsylvania, take one for the team and argue his battle for him. I finally politely as possible asked him to please get the mgr it here since he wasn't the person responsible for the "mistake". He did. They finally reimbursed me and gave my deposit back. As they should have.

Amei o quarto, limpo e confortável. A piscina era boa e quentinha. Ótima localização. Os funcionários não foram ótimos, porém, uma equipe se comportou mal conosco e disse que estávamos tentando danificar a propriedade onde estávamos confusos como abrir a porta principal. A gentileza não custa nada e a doce experiência da estadia tornou-se amarga naquele exato momento.

Loved the room, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. Great location. The staffs were not great though, a staff misbehaved with us and said we were trying to damage the property where we were just confused how to open the main door. Kindness costs nothing and the sweet experience of the stay became bitter at that very moment.

Great Stay! Great Staff! I'm only giving 3 stars because I didn't know the property was pet friendl. I could literally smell the pet odor in the rooms, hall etc.OMG! The staff was nice enough to move me to a new room but. No good. It's all over the hotel. All weekend my allergies had my eyes all swollen. 😔

Ficamos por 5 noites abs nossa experiência foi absolutamente incrível!Todos foram super simpáticos e prestativos! A equipe do café da manhã preparava panquecas do Mickey Mouse para nossos filhos todas as manhãs e a equipe de arrumação deixava nossos filhos bichos de pelúcia abraçados na cama.São essas pequenas coisas que realmente fazem uma estadia passar de boa a ÓTIMA! Recomendamos e ficaremos hospedados exclusivamente nos hotéis Hilton a partir de agora!

Não tive uma boa experiência no Hilton e isso me entristece. Tenho 19 anos e fiz uma reserva em meu nome, mas com as informações e o cartão de débito do meu irmão mais velho (23 anos). Como meu irmão estava dirigindo, assumi a parte de fazer a reserva para nós. Achei que tudo daria certo porque para vários outros hotéis, nunca havia sido um problema que estivesse em meu nome, porque o cartão que foi cobrado pertence a alguém com mais de 21 anos. Quando chegamos ao hotel, a recepcionista não foi gentil com a nossa situação. Ela afirmou que eu tinha permissão para entrar no hotel porque havia álcool e eu tinha menos de 21 anos. Embora eu estivesse lá com toda a minha família e álcool não era algo em que qualquer um de nós estivesse interessado. Só precisávamos de um lugar para dormir. Quando pedimos para alterar apenas o nome da reserva para o nome do meu irmão, ela insistiu que não era possível porque, novamente, eu tinha menos de 21 anos e havia álcool. Foi realmente frustrante. Tentamos argumentar com ela, mas foi simplesmente rude conosco. Eu também não posso deixar de sentir que a discriminação estava em vigor. Minha família e eu estávamos voltando de uma longa viagem e não estávamos com a melhor aparência possível. Nós também éramos asiáticos. Eu não apreciei a maneira como a recepcionista nos olhou de cima a baixo. Estou muito desapontado que só porque Hamilton é um hotel de cadeia e com classificação mais alta, essa discriminação foi boa. Muito desapontado. Também pedimos para obter uma isenção em nossa taxa de cancelamento porque não fomos permitidos em nosso quarto, mas não foi aprovado. Verdadeiramente, decepcionante.

I did not have a good experience at Hilton and that saddens me. I am 19 and had booked a reservation under my name, but with my older brother’s (23 y/o) information and debit card. Because my brother was driving, I took on the part of setting up the reservation for us. I thought everything would work out because for multiple other hotels, it had never been an issue that it was under my name, because the card that was charged belongs to someone who is older than 21. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist lady was not kind about our situation. She stated that I was allowed in the hotel because there was alcohol and I was under 21. Although, I was there with my whole family and alcohol was not something anyone of us were interested in. We just needed a place to sleep. When we asked to just alter the name of the reservation to my brother’s name, she insisted that it was not possible because again, I was under 21 and there was alcohol. It was really frustrating. We tried reasoning with her, but was simply rude to us. I also can’t help but felt that discrimination was in place. My family and I were coming in from a long drive and we did not look our best. We were also Asian. I did not appreciating the way the receptionist had looked us up and down. I’m highly disappointed that just because Hamilton is a chain hotel and higher rated, that discrimination was okay. Very disappointed. We also asked to get a wavier on our cancellation fee because we weren’t allowed in our room but it was not approved. Truly, disappointing.

We stayed for 5 nights abs our experience was absolutely amazing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast crew fixed our kids Mickey Mouse pancakes every morning and the housekeeping staff left our kids stuffed animals hugging on the bed. It’s those little things that really make a stay go from good to GREAT! We highly recommend and will be staying exclusively at Hilton hotels from now on!

Ficamos neste hotel no fim de semana passado, tenho uma criança de 20 meses e nos deram um quarto com porta compartilhada com o quarto ao nosso lado, é claro que a porta estava trancada ainda não era à prova de som, nossa porta ao lado era muito barulhento durante o dia e a noite e quando liguei para a recepção para ir ao quarto e ver a situação, me disseram que eles estão ocupados e podem vir depois de 20 a 30 minutos e quando eu disse que preciso de alguém agora, eu tenho foi dito que eles enviarão alguém da manutenção imediatamente, mas ninguém apareceu! Não culpo a porta ao lado por ser barulhenta, porque eles também pagaram para ficar e aproveitar o tempo, mas a recepção não deve dar o quarto com porta compartilhada para outros hóspedes enquanto o hotel não estava nem pela metade, ou deveriam deixe os convidados como eu saberem qual é a situação em primeiro lugar. Esta foi uma situação infeliz de ser e eu não recomendaria ninguém para ficar neste hotel por causa da equipe muito pobre e não cuidar da recepção.

Esta propriedade é nova e confortável. Os quartos e espaçosos e tranquilos. A água do chuveiro fica boa e quente, as camas são confortáveis e firmes.O café da manhã parecia bom e o bar estava bem abastecido.A localização é um pouco longe de tudo, então ubers curtos são melhores do que caminhar até o shopping ou Williams Tower.

Se você está planejando visitar a área de Galleria, recomendo ficar neste hotel, confie em mim. A localização é excelente para caminhar até o shopping, restaurante e muitas outras atrações na área da Galleria. A limpeza deste hotel é superestimada. Os quartos são grandes camas tão confortáveis, banheiros super limpos, funcionários tão profissionais e conhecedores de seu trabalho. Definitivamente, recomendo este hotel para quem viaja em breve nessa área. O preço é razoável também não muito caro. Eu amei.

We stayed in this hotel last weekend, I have a 20 months old child and we were given a room with a shared door with the room next to us, of course the door was locked by still was not sound proof, our next door was very noisy during day and night and when I called the front desk to come to the room and see the situation I have been told that they are busy and they can come after 20-30 minutes and when I said I need someone right now, I have been told they will send someone from maintenance right away but no one showed up! I do not blame the next door for being noisy, because they also paid to stay and enjoy their time but the front desk should not give the room with a shared door to any other guests while the hotel was not even half full, or they should have let the guests like me know that what is the situation first. This was an unfortunate situation to be and I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel because of the very poor and not caring front desk staff.

This property is new and comfortable. The rooms and spacious and quiet. The shower water gets nice and hot, beds are comfortable and firm. The breakfast looked good and the bar was well stocked. The location is a bit away from everything so short ubers are better than walking to the mall or Williams Tower.

If you re planning to visit the Galleria area, I recommend to stay at this hotel trust me on this. Location is excellent for walking to the mall, restaurant and many more attractions in the Galleria area. The cleanliness of this hotel is overrated. Rooms are so comfortable big beds, bathrooms super clean, staff so professional and knowledgeable of their work. I definitely recommend this hotel for any one traveling soon in that area. The price is reasonable too not too expensive. I loved it.

Excelente ubicación. Mi hijo amo las camas y las almohadas.La limpieza excelente . Pero lo mejor de nuestra experienciafue el trato del personal.Súper cálido y amable. Gracias al señor luis Figueroa por hacer de nuestra estadía una grata experiencia. A las chicas del aseo y la jefa de estas. De verdad gracias totales. El mismo nivel y calidad que se espera de un Hilton Garden Inn. Éstos hoteles me gustan porque manejan una buena relación calidad y precio y las estancias son confortables. Las habitaciones limpias y con excelentes camas. Si bien es un hotel de tipo negocios lo ocupo también en familia y es muy buena opción.

Tienen todas las facultades de un hotel 5 estrellas pero a tamaño reducido. El servicio al cliente es lo que se puede esperar de un Hilton. Pierde puntos por el tamaño y accesibilidad de el estacionamento y mi cafetera no funcionaba. Aparte de eso todo bien. Todo es a precio adicional, y no incluye desayuno.
