“The amenities and apartment finishes make this property one of best around”

“We stayed here for 5 nights in half board and have to say we had a good time here. There was only one thing that bothered us, the reception. When arriving we didn't feel welcomed but just a couple assigned to a room number. We were also not completely informed about the way to order your meals in the restaurant which lead to awkward moments the first dinner and breakfast. Staff in the resraurant was very helpfull and afterwards we could laugh with the situation. At checkout i received my bill for the bar and after payment the receptionist went straight back to her computer screen, if i didn't say bye she wouldn't have said anything more. Other than this first and last impression everything was as good as it can get. Hotelroom was very clean, spacious and the balcony was nice to sit in the evening. I didn't miss airco at all, the room stayed cool even in these hot somer days. Just the last evening it was warm because we forgot to close the window during the day. A fan in the room would have been nice at this point. Due to covid-19 the way of working in the resteaurant was different but staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Also the foods where very tasty, well balanced and unless you order bacon and fried eggs for breakfast, far from greasy as i read in a review from less then 2 weeks ago which made me worry a bit. I would be happy to stay here anytime i visit Andorra again.”
