O quarto era limpo, claro, a roupa de cama é uma cama de solteiro, mas não me incomodou durante o sono. Sem reclamações. Quanto ao café da manhã, é a média para este tipo de estabelecimento e é bastante adequado. A equipe está disponível e acolhedora. eu voltarei”

“We specifically booked an apartment with a separate bedroom, because we were travelling with a toddler. We arrived at 8pm (bed time for our toddler, not for us) and when we opened the door to our room, found out they placed us in a studio. The man behind the counter explained that the apartments were overbooked. First, why not inform us on arrival? Second, as a compensation you immediately offered us free breakfast, although there is also a large difference in booking costs. In the end we did receive a refund (lower than should be; they based the difference on the costs for the studio on arrival, which are way higher then pre-booked, which we did for our apartment!) + free breakfast (which was very low standard, please never be tempted to pay for it, EUR 9 is overpriced, there are lots of great bakeries in the area, like Roy) + free parking. It felt as it is there standard policy to overbook and if (only if) you complain, you get some "courtesies".”
