Bom hotel para quem vai no centro de convenções

Hotel muito novo, confortável, limpo, com academia, piscina aquecida e lavanderia self-service.

I wanted to give this a higher rating. Location is good, staff was super friendly, but we had so many issues that I will never go back. Multiple housekeeping issues were annoying but didn’t impact our stay. I had made the reservation, and was there for a race with my husband. He went to check in while I went to practice and used his credit card for the $150 incidentals hold. However he was charged over $1,000 for the entire stay despite me having given my card at the time of reserving the room. We sorted that out on site with me swiping my card and signing since we were told there was an issue with the prepayment (that I was never told about) and enjoyed the rest of our time there even though there was a hold for 5 days from the bank because of their error. I received the invoice and once home checked my card statement to see there was an additional $297 unauthorized charge. When I called about it was treated as no big deal and the amount would drop off in 5 days or so with them blaming the bank and never apologizing for the error or explaining what happened. Later that same day I realized the amount on my signed receipt was different than what they actually charged on my card, almost $100 more. I’m now being told that the hotel will investigate and have N answer in 5 days or so. I race in Boston every October and we like Aloft hotels but I will never stay at this disorganized mess of a hotel again.

4 star on location as its just out of the way enough to have to walk about a mile anywhere but close enough an uber feels dramatic.Room service was great and provided a fresh bottled water every day. Room was clean and view was city scape. I appreciated the view more at night.Walls are thin, definitely heard some stuff.

I really liked the hotels. The lobby bar was vibrant. The restaurant was nice. The desk staff were superb. The rooms are 'euro' style but I like that layout. The odd thing is the hotel is close to many things but they are a good walk away. Also, I loved the the elevator set-up.

My room was like an open concept with an open bathroom (sliding door for the toilet). It was a modern and clean room with a view to the park across the road. The location was great if you are looking close to the convention center or anything near the airport. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was speedy. There is free coffee and tea in the morning. A bar is available every night. There is a Brazilian restaurant connected to the hotel.

Enquanto nós não estávamos realmente participando de algo naquele local, era uma caminhada relativamente curta (1-2 milhas) do hotel para tudo o que queríamos fazer como turistas. A única vez que tivemos que dirigir foi para o museu de ciências.O estacionamento tem uma taxa (US$ 28/dia). No entanto, você obtém privilégios de entrada/saída por meio de um código QR em seu telefone. My last stay at a Marriott branded hotel was awful (the elevators were down and the staff were unfriendly), so I was a little leery at first booking another one for a trip. However, I was happy with my 5 day stay at the Aloft Boston Seaport. All of the staff was so nice and friendly. The room was simple and functional. The convenience of being very close to the convention center was the biggest plus because I could cut down the lawn on d after 10 to get in. Thank you for a wonderful stay and thank you for your hard work!

This was a great hotel! The service from check-in to check-out and everything in the middle was superb. When we ordered from the bar, they brought our food order out to the pool deck for me to carry up to the room! The fishbowl drinks were super yummy. both of them. Strongly recommended. The beds were the best of our trip and the rooms are modern and well appointed. The location is right next to the convention center. While we weren't actually attending something at that venue, it was a relatively short walk (1-2 miles) from the hotel to everything we wanted to do as tourists. The only time we had to drive was to the science museum. Parking carries a fee ($28/day). However, you get in/out privileges via a QR code on your phone. No keeping track of a ticket. At one point my wife had a headache and I needed to find some ibuprofen. The hotel partnered with the hotel across the way to help me get some... once again, superb service.

Moderno y elegante hotel. Lo peor que está lejos del centro de Boston y hay que coger transporte para ir allí. Piscina interior. Ambiente joven y cool.

Hotel a un paseo del centro, con gimnasio y piscina. Lo mejor es la amplitud de sus habitaciobes y la comodidad de sus camas además de grandes. Contiene el hotel un pup interior y aparte otra barra en la entrada. Calidad-precio de lo mejor de Boston.

Debido a q está bien ubicado y tiene una gran vista pero no están tan bien equipadas las habitaciones

Estuve en Aloft visitando la familia de mi novia, la qual ubicará un cuarto por una semana. La habitaciones son muy modernas y quedé sorprendido con todas las actividades que ofrecen: conciertos, noches de pintura, billar, etc.
