“The hotel is being remodeled and the staff is accommodating. The king room I had was spacious and the designated office space was perfect for working while away. Plenty of outlets and lighting options. Bed was comfy, shower was roomy and plenty of hot water. Never had to wait long for elevator use and the multi-level main floor is home to many spaces. A mini convenience store, breakfast grill, sitting area, game room, and lounge make up great options for shared spaces. Close to Bricktown with plenty of paid and free temporary parking options. Well lit at night and a pretty quiet area after business hours.”

“I had high hopes, we have done a lot of traveling and often stay in Marriott Bonvoy hotels. We had never stayed at an aloft before. I had requested a room close to the elevator. I have a back injury and try not to make a big deal. It is just easier to load and unload when closer to the elevator. The woman I spoke with was very sweet and told me she would get me in the perfect room. I was surprised when we were put all the way down the hall and down another hall. It was the second to the farthest room from the elevator. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt maybe she thought I said farthest from the elevator. There was a conference so I knew they were booked up. The room was a nice size and I liked their setup but the wall paper was torn in large places, the floor tiles were very worn looking and there was still painters tape on the ceiling, from when I don't even know because the room hadn't been updated in awhile. The first night we had no hot water and it seemed to be an issue throughout the entire hotel as many in the conference had similar experiences. Some had mold in their showers and coming out of the shower head. We didn't experience the mold. We had a 3 night stay. On the second day we had used all of the half a roll of toilet paper that was in the bathroom. I went to call the front desk to ask for more. When I hit the front desk button it would make a few clicks and then disconnected. Later that afternoon I was able to grab one of the cleaning people who told me the hotel had run out of toilet paper and they were trying to get more. I let her know when had none in the room and she grabbed a roll from the room she was cleaning. A few hours later someone ran us up another roll. The last thing that I want to mention because with my back I tend to pay attention to mobility and accessibility issues. The bathroom shower has a small lip that blends in with the shower. The floors are very slick and there are not any hand rails. The staff we did speak with were all polite and we didn't have any issues with them. They just seemed to lack leadership. We would have checked out and went to another hotel if our conference wasn't here. All in all we spent over $400 and didn't receive a fraction of the service we would have received at a much more economical hotel.”
