“I stayed here on my first trip to Japan from England in March. The hotel staff were very friendly on check in and booked me a taxi to Universal Studios Japan without any hassle. They also arranged my luggage to be sent to my next hotel and were very willing to help (their English was good.) I stayed in a standard double corner room and the room was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely deep bath. The room was equipped with everything I needed for my two night stay. Breakfast was a buffet and had both western and Japanese options. It was very fresh and delicious. The hotel is located in Umeda and is close to Osaka station (about 16 mins walk). It's also about 5-10min walk to the nearest metro station. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and the shopping mall in Osaka station is great. Overall, I had a lovely stay here.”

“Their rooms seem smaller than the other Holiday Inn rooms we've visited but their amenities and complimentary supplies are plenty. Their location is also a 15 minute walking distance to some of the Klook meetups and the train and bus stations so it was convenient for us. If you prefer the more private route, they also have taxis waiting near their lobby. They also have many food establishments nearby, and serve nice breakfast.”
