Muito bom o hotel! Atendimento educado, gentil e esforçado em entender o que está falando. O quarto é pequeno, mas arrumado e limpo, bem bonitinho. A localização é excelente!!! Há poucos metros da Champs Élysée e com muitas lojas e restaurantes maravilhosos na redondeza. Recomendo!

Hotel a ser evitado, cobrança do meu depósito de reserva + pagamento do quarto !!! Até hoje, ainda não recebi o reembolso (quase 4 meses depois), apesar de vários lembretes por telefone e e-mail O gerente claramente não está fazendo seu trabalho e este estabelecimento engana os clientes.

Roubo de dinheiro de dentro do quarto !!! Minha pior experiência com um hotel foi roubado € 1.000 em dinheiro do quarto enquanto eu estava desaparecido o dia todo e a noite quando voltei e não encontrei meu dinheiro. Meu dinheiro foi roubado da minha bolsa! Quando relatamos o problema ao hotel inicialmente na recepção, ele nos respondeu de forma apática como se nada tivesse acontecido e quando pedimos para falar com o gerente do hotel, ele nos disse que não poderia fazer absolutamente nada sobre o que aconteceu em seu hotel. Pedimos para ver se havia câmeras nos corredores e ele nos disse que não existiam e se queríamos apenas entrar em contato com a polícia porque ele não podia fazer nada. Eles nos trataram com um comportamento totalmente anti-profissional e trataram o incidente como se fosse algo cotidiano. Nem é preciso dizer que alguém do hotel roubou o dinheiro, pois estávamos faltando o dia todo e falando de uma grande quantia, ficamos sem dinheiro em um país estrangeiro e eles não nos ajudaram em nada. Não poderia ser um lugar seguro para deixar nossos pertences no quarto do hotel? Simplesmente trágico! Também em termos do hotel é muito pequeno, os quartos mal conservados e nada confortáveis. O único ponto positivo é a localização. Fora deste hotel!

Hotel muito bem localizado a 50 metros da Champs Elysées em uma pequena rua tranquila. Quarto pequeno, mas bem equipado, limpo e confortável. Muito boa roupa de cama e funcionários acolhedores. Pequeno-almoço muito bem abastecido. Tudo por um ótimo preço.

Hotel muy bien ubicado a 50 metros de los Campos Elíseos en una pequeña calle tranquila. Habitación pequeña pero bien equipada, limpia y cómoda. Muy buena ropa de cama y personal acogedor. Desayuno muy bien surtido. Todo a buen precio.

Robo de efectivo desde el interior de la habitación !!! Mi peor experiencia con un hotel fue que me robaron 1.000 € en efectivo de la habitación mientras me faltaba todo el día y la noche volví y no encontré mi dinero. ¡Me robaron el dinero de mi bolso! Cuando informamos del problema al hotel inicialmente en la recepción nos respondió de manera apática como si no hubiera pasado nada y cuando pedimos hablar con el gerente del hotel nos dijo que no podía hacer absolutamente nada sobre lo sucedido en su hotel. Le preguntamos si había cámaras en los pasillos y nos dijo que no existían y que solo queríamos contactar con la policía porque no podía hacer nada. Nos trataron con un comportamiento completamente poco profesional y trataron el incidente como si fuera algo cotidiano. No hace falta decir que alguien del hotel se robó el dinero ya que estábamos todo el día desaparecidos y hablando de una gran cantidad, nos quedamos sin dinero en un país extranjero y no nos ayudaron en absoluto. ¿No podría ser un lugar seguro para dejar nuestras pertenencias en la habitación del hotel? ¡Simplemente trágico! También en términos del hotel es muy pequeño, las habitaciones están mal cuidadas y no son nada cómodas. Lo único positivo es la ubicación. ¡Lejos de este hotel!

Stay away from this hotel! My sister stayed there with her boyfriend and they stole her money (1.000€ in cash) from her bag inside the room , we tried to solve the problem and they didn’t help us at all! It is clear that someone from the hotel stole the money because they were absent all day and when they return to their room they didn’t find the money. Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff and very unsafe place to stay if you can leave your stuff with safety in the room.

Cash theft from inside the room !!! My worst experience with a hotel was stolen € 1,000 cash from the room while I was missing all day and night I came back and did not find my money. My money was stolen from my bag! When we reported the problem to the hotel initially at the reception he answered us in an apathetic way as if nothing had happened and when we asked to talk to the hotel manager he told us that he could do absolutely nothing about what happened at his hotel. We asked to see if there were cameras in the corridors and he told us that they did not exist and if we just wanted to contact the police because he could not do anything. They treated us with completely unprofessional behavior and treated the incident as if it were something everyday. It goes without saying that someone from the hotel stole the money as we were missing all day and talking about a large amount, we were left without money in a foreign country and they did not help us at all. Could it not be a safe place to leave our belongings in the hotel room? Just tragic! Also in terms of the hotel is very small, the rooms poorly maintained and not at all comfortable. The only positive is the location. Away from this hotel!

Localização conveniente. Não muito longe do centro. Se desejar, você pode deixar sua bagagem para armazenamento. Tudo é cómodo e está à mão. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos. Equipe prestativa.

Não sei de onde vêm as 4 estrelas para este estabelecimento! Toda a mobília está quebrada, o quarto está sujo, apesar do meu comentário à dona de casa, tive que passar por cima de uma mangueira de aspirador que estava espalhada no corredor durante toda a estadia, não consegui colocar minha conta de volta no lugar porque a impressora deles está não está funcionando. Então dei todas as informações necessárias. Eu os reiniciei 2 vezes para recuperar minha fatura, claro que com informações erradas e eles não conseguem alterá-la. Dado o número de hotéis com o mesmo preço e a qualidade deles, realmente sinto que cometi um grande erro ao reservar aqui

¡No sé de dónde vienen las 4 estrellas de este establecimiento! Todos los muebles están rotos, la habitación está sucia, a pesar de mi comentario a la anfitriona, tuve que pasar por encima de una manguera de aspiradora que estaba extendida en el pasillo durante toda la estadía, no pude volver a poner mi factura en su lugar porque su impresora está no funciona. Así que di toda la información necesaria. Los relancé 2 veces para recuperar mi factura, por supuesto con información incorrecta y no pueden cambiarla. Dada la cantidad de hoteles al mismo precio y su calidad, realmente siento que cometí un gran error al reservar aquí.

We booked a room and received a confirmation email, yet when we got there in the poring rain they said our booking was canceled without any reason and were now fully booked. They didn’t offer anything in return and didn’t offer to help out. We had to call 14 different hotels before finding a single one that had a room left on the other side of paris that was double the price.

El Hotel bien. Buena habitación, céntrico, amplia cama pero sin mucho espacio alrededor para dejar maleta o moverte cómodamente. puntos negativos: se estropeó la caja fuerte y hasta pasadas 24 horas no nos la abrieron. dijeron que se nos daba el desayuno gratis en compensación a la mañana siguiente y cuando a la mañana siguiente preguntamos nos dicen que los desayunos hay q reservarlos el díaanterior. alucinante

This was my first time in Paris. I decided to stay at Best Western there due to my great experience with them in America/Canada (where I live). I loved the location of this hotel. It was couple of minutes walk from the metro. It’s located very close to the champs Elysee road. The staff was wonderful. Only drawback is that the rooms are very small in comparison to the kind of rooms I’m used to staying in. Overall great experience. No complaints!

Yes, the rooms are small even for Europe but very clean and nicely furnished.The location is outstanding! But best of all, the staff is outstanding too.Very helpful,attentive and honest.I inadvertently left somethings in the room safe when I checked out,. Everything was promptly mailed back to me!
