The hotel was fine, but the music that the town plays on the street kept me up ALL NIGHT. The only reason I was there was to sleep so I could drive the rest of the 9 hour trip I had safely. Well, I had a terrible night's sleep. The woman at the desk said that the manager would call me, and no one ever did. So yes, my issue is with the town - but as a main attraction on the main street in town, the hotel should advocate for their customers, and have the town turn off themusic at night!It's noise pollution! A única razão pela qual eu estava lá era para dormir, para poder dirigir o resto da viagem de 9 horas que fiz com segurança. Bem, tive uma noite de sono terrível. A recepcionista disse que o gerente iria me ligar e ninguém ligou. Então, sim, meu problema é com a cidade - mas como atração principal na rua principal da cidade, o hotel deveria defender seus clientes e fazer com que a cidade desligasse a música à noite! É a poluição sonora!

La única razón por la que estaba allí era para dormir para poder conducir el resto del viaje de 9 horas que tenía de manera segura. Bueno, tuve una noche de sueño terrible. La mujer del mostrador dijo que el gerente me llamaría y nadie lo hizo. Entonces, sí, mi problema es con la ciudad, pero como atracción principal en la calle principal de la ciudad, el hotel debería defender a sus clientes y hacer que la ciudad apague la música por la noche. ¡Es la contaminación acústica!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at during our 35+ years of traveling. Customer service was top notch. Very refreshing in these times to experience a hotel that gives five star service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and unique, and the history makes it even more special. Location is great and convenient for walking around the town. Love the town too! Highly recommend! Um dos melhores hotéis em que já ficamos durante nossos mais de 35 anos de viagem. O serviço ao cliente foi de primeira qualidade. Muito refrescante nestes tempos para experimentar um hotel que oferece um serviço de cinco estrelas. Todo mundo foi tão amigável e útil. Exceptional hotel with unique history. Has good Bourbon offerings and a great restaurant called Graze on Main. Conveniently located on I-77, not far from VA tunnels. The guest room was very comfy, pillows were great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious (three meats and sugar waffles!). We had lunch catered for a meeting and it was also yummy - chicken salad on croissants with salad and tomato bisque. I would definitely recommend the Bolling Wilson to stay, eat, or attend (or host) a meeting/retreat. Super bonus is close proximity to restaurants and breweries in Downtown Wytheville!! What a cool place. 😎 O quarto de hóspedes era muito confortável, travesseiros eram ótimos! A equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora. Café-da-manhã foi delicioso (três carnes e waffles de açúcar!).
