“The location. It was outdated and not very clean. There were dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door. Would not stay there again.”

“Front Desk Agent was awesome and very caring. We were there on an emergency and the room was ready however it had a strong smoky smell. My mom's asthmatic. She changed our room quickly. I mean she actually inspected new room before we moved in. I did not like the fact a non-smoking room had a heavy smell of smoke (especially in the bathroom).”
