“Assim que entramos, fomos recebidos com reclamações e indiferença por nós como clientes. Chegamos com máscaras e como a equipe teve dificuldade em nos entender, a equipe nos disse para tirar as máscaras. Enquanto estávamos lá, outro cliente fez uma pergunta e a equipe também teve problemas para entender o outro cliente. O nível de grosseria estava acima do topo e nós nunca iremos ficar lá novamente. É incrível que eles consigam permanecer no mercado.”
