“Only two out of the several staff I encountered were kind. The rest were aloof and unhelpful. Tell me why there’s only one luggage cart? And the hallways were so HOT. The main part of the room was nice, but the bathroom was in disrepair. Their laundry room was also lacking, and I was told the dryer might not even be working, yet there wasn’t a sign displayed telling the guests this info. I could hear screams and train whistles from knotts, clear as day in my room”

“This is worst Marriott property I've ever stayed at. We had several of our personal items stolen from our room while we were out. Items were worth at about $900. There are no cameras in the hallways or the elevator, just the lobby. Our room smelled like mold and cigarettes, the sliding door to the balcony didn't fully close, the shower head was covered in scale build-up, the carpets were dirty, and the walls were paper thin. We heard all the footsteps, doors slamming and opening, and other guests shouting/laughing. All the rooms and amenities are really dated. The only decent thing about this hotel is the lobby, and it's proximity to other attractions. Highly recommend staying elsewhere.”
