“Needs to be remodeled..emailed Marriott international about my points which it took 3 weeks for them to tell me they can’t credit me
The king suite was NOT worth an upgrade at all the hotel is run down I was checked in by a male agent he seemed out of it telling me false information didn’t have any linen for the pull out bed waited 2 hours and no one came; carpet in the room was disgusting bugs were in the room and yeah DO NOT WASTE your time and money I will not be back this was a horrible stay”

“Room was full of spider /bugs. My daughter was bit all over. We had to move to a whole new hotel. When I brought my daughter to the front desk of the hotel to show the workers that my daughter was covered in bites and tell them that we needed to leave the manager found it appropriate to tell me about his own ration show me pictures of his body covered in a rash and try and compare that to what my daughter had and say that my six-year-old had a stress rash. We packed up and left the hotel to stay at a nearby Marriott that’s much cleaner. We where not refunded for our whole stay and had to pay 300$ for the 3 nights we slept with bugs.”
