Local era limpo e os funcionários eram simpáticos. No entanto, ficamos por uma semana inteira e nunca foi oferecido o nosso quarto reparado. Tínhamos que pegar toalhas, café, condimentos e tudo o que precisávamos na mesa. Além disso, não havia café ou café da manhã de qualquer tipo. Enquanto estávamos lá, nós caminhamos muito e apreciamos como os restaurantes próximos eram, bem como a praia do outro lado da estrada. Só para rir, entramos em cerca de uma dúzia de hotéis semelhantes na faixa A1A e cada um deles ofereceu café, suco e, no mínimo, muffins ou frutas no café da manhã. Acho que se este hotel vai baratear a experiência, o preço deve seguir. Por que pagar o preço total por acomodações restritas ??? Estaremos de volta a Santo Agostinho, mas escolheremos um hotel diferente na próxima vez.

Este hotel é a combinação ideal de conforto e conveniência, para viajantes a lazer e negócios. Bom, novo, limpo e com amplo estacionamento. A equipe foi simpática e é fácil atravessar a rua até a parte menos movimentada da praia. Amor a fogueira, área da piscina e restaurante era conveniente.

Location was clean and the staff was nice. However, we stayed for an entire week and was never offered our room serviced. We had to get towels, coffee, condiments and anything else we needed from the desk. Also, there was no complimentary coffee or breakfast of any kind. While there we walked a lot and enjoyed how nearby restaurants were as well as the beach just across the road. Just for giggles we went into about a dozen of the similar hotels there on A1A strip and every one of them offered coffee, juice and at the very least muffins or fruit for breakfast.. I think if this hotel is going to cheapen the experience, the price should follow. Why pay full price for restricted accommodations??? We’ll be back to St Augustine but will choose a different hotel next time.

This hotels is the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, caters to both leisure and business travelers. Nice, new, clean and plenty of parking. The staff was nice and it’s an easy walk across the street to the less busy part of the beach. Love the firepit, pool area and restaurant was convenient.

Eu realmente tenho sentimentos confusos sobre a minha estadia aqui. A recepção foi muito educada e prestativa. A mulher na área do bar do restaurante não era nada. Eu queria comprar água e ela me pediu para ir até a recepção, embora minhas mãos estivessem cheias de bagagem. O bar não fecharia por mais 30 minutos. Isso realmente me frustrou. No meu quarto NÃO havia sabonete! Tive que descer até a mesa para pegá-lo. Além disso, não havia toalhas suficientes. Eu tenho que descer e pegá-los também. A cama foi anunciada como parte superior do travesseiro, mas para mim era como dormir no cimento. No geral, eu não fiquei desapontado e eu amei a localização em frente à praia! Só acho que a equipe deveria pensar em como melhor atender às necessidades de seus hóspedes. Eu paguei mais de $ 200 por noite e espero conseguir vender água e ter sabão e toalhas no meu quarto ... e eu teria apreciado muito uma cama com forro acolchoado de verdade. Não era e se eu soubesse que teria reservado em outro lugar.

Eu costumava viajar a trabalho e nossa empresa usava as marcas Marriott exclusivamente para nossas viagens, então estou bastante familiarizado com a marca. Este pátio em particular foi uma grande decepção. Na chegada, havia 3 funcionários na área de check-in, e não fomos recebidos / reconhecidos na chegada. Nossos quartos eram espaçosos e limpos, exceto o banheiro. O banheiro tinha algum molde em torno do chuveiro. A unidade ac também funcionava extremamente alto toda vez que era ligada. As camas eram super duras e os travesseiros eram horríveis. Nós não conseguimos dormir bem enquanto estivermos aqui. O site também afirma que o hotel fica do outro lado da rua da praia e definitivamente não é. Você precisa dirigir até qualquer acesso à praia e não dá para ver nada além dos prédios da frente do hotel. No entanto, está convenientemente localizado para jantar e o bairro histórico, e acesso à praia. No entanto, eu não ficaria aqui na próxima vez que visitar.

I used to travel for my job, and our company used Marriott brands exclusively for our trips, so I’m quite familiar with the brand. This particular courtyard was a huge disappointment. Upon arriving there were 3 employees in the check-in area, and we were not greeted/acknowledgedupon arrival. Our rooms were spacious and clean, except the bathroom. The bathroom had some mold in it around the shower. The ac unit also ran extremely loud every time it kicked on. The beds were super hard, and pillows were awful. We did not get good sleep while staying here. The website also states that the hotel is right across the street from the beach and it definitely is not. You need to drive to any beach access, and you cannot even see anything but buildings from the front of the hotel. It is however conveniently located to dining and the historic district, and beach access. I however would not stay here the next time we visit.

I have really mixed feelings about my stay here. Front desk was very polite and helpful. The woman at the restaurant bar area was not at all. I wanted to purchase water and she asked me to go to the front desk even though my hands were full of luggage. The bar was not to close for 30 more minutes. It really frustrated me. In my room there was NO SOAP! I had to go down to the desk to get it. Also, there was not enough towels. I have to go down and get those too. The bed was advertised as pillow top but for me it was like sleeping on cement. Overall I was NOT disappointed and I loved the location across the street from the beach! I just think the staff should brain storm on how to better serve the needs of their guests. I paid over $200 per night and I expect to be sold water and have soap and towels in my room…and I would have greatly appreciated a true pillow top bed. It was not and had I known that I would have booked elsewhere.

Wonderful place to stay for our honeymoon weekend. Beautiful lobby, friendly and helpful staff. With a restaurant and full bar on site you won't need or want to leave the property. If you do choose to leave there are too many to count restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is right across the street. You will love this hotel, check for the off season rates, they are quite affordable.
