Ótimo hotel para quem vai em eventos no centro de convenção ou precisa se hospedar próximo ao aeroporto. Fica perto também da estação de Rosemont, da L Line azul e que vai até o centro de Chicago

Overall nice hotel but.... We reserved 2 of the nicer of the suites for substantially more money only to find that they are situated such that the headboard of the bed is on the elevator shaft wall. The constant noise is deafening. What a terrible design.

Por 160 dólares esperaba algo mejor. Lo escogí sobre todo por la cercanía al aeropuerto y porque tenía servicio de transfer. Después de intentar llamar para el pickup up en la terminal 5 ya que había leído que no pasaba si no llamabas, optamos por irnos a la terminal 1 ya que nos sale un mensaje programado. Una vez en el bus shuttel y esperar unos 20 minutos, aparecela furgoneta y es ahí cuando leemos que el servicio es CADA HORA. Al llegar al hotel y ver la recepción,me hago a la idea de lo que me voy a encontrar en la habitación,suciedad y cutrez. Pero lo que no esperaba es encontrar pelos en el lavabo...no cambio de habitación por el cansancio de un vuelo transatlántico. El desayuno no está incluido en mi tarifa, con lo cuál,tienes que pagar otros 16 dólares por persona. Lo mejor, la señoraque atiende en la cafetería y si te gustan las compras, que puedes ir andando al outlet mall.

We left after two hours. It was nice and the front desk staff was helpful and polite, but there was an incident that took place and we left. Now they won’t refund us our money. The room was $160 per night we didn’t even touch a thing in it we were in the pool. Discrimination against a 3 year old with autism is apparently “minor”. Cannot express how upset we are. Do not stay here if you have small children!!

Ni siquiera una estrella daría. Mis hijos y yo llegamos a.medianoche y nos dieron la habitación una hora después por una verdadera estupidez. ( Aclaro la habitación estaba pagada). El lobby estaba lleno de gente como 30 personas gritando y en estado de ebriedad. En uno de los pasillo un hombre golpeaba una puerta y gritaba por fuera... El peor hotel de toda mi vida!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠🤬🤬🤬🤬

Eu tenho filhos pequenos. Nós os colocamos para dormir e sentamos do lado de fora da nossa porta e estamos realmente tranquilos. Fomos informados pela equipe que você pagou por um quarto não um corredor e para voltar ao nosso quarto. Enquanto isso você tem crianças gritando para cima e para baixo no elevador o cheiro de maconha no corredor... mas você fica bravo com o casal bebendo água e conversando baixinho. Que piada! Eu nunca vou ficar neste hotel novamente. Tive que ligar três vezes (durante um período de 5 horas) para obter toalhas extras. Irreal.

I have small kids. We put them to sleep and sat outside our door and we’re really quite. We were told by the staff you paid for a room not a hallway and to go back in our room. All the meantime you have kids screaming up and down the elevator the smell of Pot in the hallway… yet you get mad at the couple drinking water and quietly talking. What a Joke! I will never stay in this hotel again. Had to call three times (over a 5 hr period) to get extra towels. Unreal.
