The hotel was nice and had a great location. The rooms were properly cleaned and sanitised, good measures were taken. There are lots of bars and restaurants close to the hotel, but the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff was polite and helpful. Close to the hotel there's a ball room, which is good for entertainment, which you'll need because there's nothing interesting in the hotel, there's no Netflix on the TV and no videos are working with the screen mirroring. The breakfast staff was also lovely but the food was not so impressive. The room was reasonable for the price.

Front desk reception Peter was very polite and accommodating, Giving us an extra hour to sleep in... The room was very clean...the use of the mini fridge and safe was useful. The bed was large and comfortable ,resulting to a good sleep.. The breakfast was standard but the staff very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends..

Most comfortable stay! We extended our trip because we loved the hotel so much. The beds were extremely comfortable/cold AC/central to everything/parking opposite the hotel. Will be back!

Close to amenities, ideal location to get to all local shopping centre & cafes. We had 3 night stay here. It was nice big room for our family of 4. The kids really enjoyed the stay here, room were fairly clean and well equipped. They gave us 4 free drinks vouchers which was a good touch to the stay. Parking here was a nightmare, it cost us about £60 for parking around the hotel. Only annoying thing about city centre. But everything else was good.

Meu marido e eu tínhamos ficado uma noite no quarto do clube com cama king size com acesso ao lounge do clube 8 / F, lanches, bebidas e vinho era servido das 18h às 20h, mas a comida não era reabastecida depois de consumida pelo convidados. O café da manhã também estava disponível na área do clube, se você reservar o quarto do clube com cama king-size. O café da manhã era muito bom, fomos às 7h e éramos os únicos hóspedes lá. A comida era muito gostosa e o suficiente para encher o estômago. Os funcionários foram educados. Para o quarto do clube com cama king-size, era menor do que eu esperava, ficamos no mesmo tipo de quarto 3 anos atrás e eu olhei para as fotos que tiramos, o quarto era maior da última vez, então ficamos um pouco decepcionados com isso. A cama king-size é muito confortável. O quarto está um pouco escuro, se tivesse mais iluminação seria mais agradável. O banheiro tem banheira e box separados, é lindo, mas o ralo da pia estava um pouco lento, havia apenas um pequeno frasco de gel de banho, o que realmente não era suficiente para a nossa estadia e tivemos que ir compre alguns na loja próxima. Embora diga que fica no centro da cidade, se eu usar a rua principal (Arndale Center) como ponto central, ainda levaria 15 minutos a pé para chegar às lojas. É um bom hotel, mas há outros hotéis com o mesmo grau nas proximidades também, então eu diria que há espaço para melhorias a fim de manter a competitividade na área. Lembro-me que o hotel ficou mais impressionado nas últimas 2 vezes que fiquei lá há alguns anos.

Habitación muy cuidada y con todas las amenities. Todo ultra limpio, moderno y que te hará olvidar lo abrupto del exterior del hotel. Destaco un spray para relajarse en la almohada que realmente funciona, no sé si por efecto placebo o que. Los recepcionistas pelín faltos de empatía. El desayuno bastante bueno y variado, nos sorprendieron los smoothies y las cantidad de elementos BIO. El bar se nos hizo muy caro... con pintas que no bajaban de 4,5 libras, lo que era mucha diferencia con respecto a los pubs cercanos.

My husband and I had stayed for a night at the King bed club room with access to the 8/F club lounge, snacks, drinks and wine was served from 6pm to 8pm, but food wasn’t refilled once it was eaten up by the guests.Breakfast was also available in the morning at the club lounge if you book the king bed club room.Breakfast was very nice, we went at 7am and we were the only guests there.Food was very delicious and enough to fill the stomach. Staffs were polite. For the king bed club room, it was smaller than I expected, we stayed at the same type of room 3 years ago and I looked at the photos we took, the room was bigger last time, so we were a bit disappointed by that. The king bed is very comfortable though.The room is a bit dark, if it has more lighting it would be nicer.The bathroom has a bath tub and a shower cubicle separately, it is lovely, but the drain of the sink was a bit slow, there was only one small bottle of shower gel, which was really not enough for our stay and we had to go buy some from the nearby shop.Though it says it is in the city centre, if I use the high street (Arndale Centre) as the centre point, I would say it still takes 15 minutes walk to get to the shops. It is a nice hotel but there are other hotels which are the same grade nearby as well, so I would say there are room for improvement in order to keep competitive in the area.I remember the hotel was more impressed the last 2 times I stayed there a few years ago.
