“Don't let the reviews and the price trick you, you are better off staying down the street at the Radisson or any of the many other hotels, for the same or cheaper rates.
There's a serious mildew smell that they are trying to cover up by using a strong air freshener in the lobby and the hallways, the rooms smell bad, and haven't been properly cleaned (see photos).
When I checked in there were no towels in the room, I called guest services and asked for large towels, I was questioned and nothing was sent to the room until I called again after more than an hour.
Staff, specifically the front desk are unprofessional, unpleasant, unfriendly, too loud...
The lady manager constantly complained in front of guests about the phone ringing, making faces every time the phone rang, as if it was a complete inconvenience for her...
The pool area looked nice, also the jacuzzi, however, based on the overall poor cleanliness of the hotel I did not trust getting in the water...
Parking is included which is nice.
Breakfast is very poor with barely any choices.
How is this hotel part of IHG??? Very low standards.”

“Overall cleanliness was great. The hotel rooms need serious updates. The bathroom counters might as well have been on the floor, since they are so low. Many outlets in my room did not work. The coffee pot and toilet paper are in very weird locations. The only good thing "location-wise" is that the hotel is very close to the airport. Everything else is sadly a hike away. Lastly, one of the women at the front desk was very rude to customers. An older couple asked a simple question about their room and this lady gave them attitude. This was definitely not the 5 star hotel I was expecting.”
