Lovely decor including birch tree bark accents. The room is comfortable and spacious for a two-bed room. The furniture in the room feels very homey. There is a large pool and a hottub. The staff is very helpful.Great access to downtown tourist area Lake Placid row of shops within 3 minutes walking distance just down the driveway and turn right. It feels like the best place to stay if visiting Lake Placid and right in the center of things.

Everything was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, beds are very comfortable, and the views were fantastic. The location was close to the mainstreet restaurants and shops, while being higher on a hill providing great views.

Belo hotel de estilo Adirondack. Belas vistas das montanhas e do Lago Mirror. Perto e com vista para as lojas e restaurantes, e o museu olímpico. Este hotel é MUITO limpo e sabemos o quão importante isso é nestes tempos de Covid. Eu recomendo que você fique aqui!

Bom: ótima localização e vista fantástica todas as manhãs quando eu acordo. Perto da rua principal, mas uma colina bastante grande para escalar no caminho de volta pode ser problemática para os idosos. Quarto era grande e o ac era nítido e frio. Café-da-manhã no andar térreo foi bom para o preço de US $ 16 você obtém um omelete feito na hora e uma seleção de outros itens quentes e frios no buffet. Em comparação com alguns dos preços em restaurantes no centro, esta era uma pechincha relativa. A equipe foi simpática e acolhedora. Os espaços públicos eram limpos e as estações de desinfetante estavam por toda parte. O quarto era limpo na entrada inicial e nos sentimos seguros.O Não Tão Bom: Diariamente, ou para esse assunto semanal de limpeza e reabastecimento do quarto é inexistente. Sei que estamos na era da COVID, mas ter que pedir cada sabonete ou toalha é incômodo. Talvez um método melhor de reabastecimento dos quartos possa ser considerado. Não ter o quarto limpo por uma semana enquanto lá não é o ideal. Talvez um saco de reposição de suprimentos diários para cada quarto ou um sistema de solicitação por escrito serviria como uma maneira melhor. Além disso, não foi até a segunda noite lá que percebemos que não havia serviço de limpeza. Isso deve ser totalmente divulgado no momento do check-in ou reserva do quarto.Além desses pequenos incômodos, tivemos uma excelente estadia e ficaria lá novamente no futuro !!!

Cerca de Main Street, pero una colina bastante grande para escalar en el camino de regreso podría ser problemático para los ancianos. The Good:Great location and fantastic view every morning when I wake up.Close to Main Street but a fairly big hill to climb on the way back could be troublesome to the elderly.Room was great and the ac was crisp and cold.Breakfast downstairs was good for the $16 price you get a made to order omelet and a selection of other hot and cold items in the buffet.Compared to some of the prices at restaurants downtown, this was a relative bargain.Staff was friendly and accomodating. Public spaces were clean and sanitizer stations were everywhere.The room was clean upon initial entry and we felt safe there.The Not So Good:Daily, or for that matter weekly room cleaning and replenishment is non existant.I realize it's the era of COVID but having to ask for every bar of soap or towel is bothersome.Perhaps a better method of resupplying the rooms can be considered.To not have the room cleaned for a week while there is not ideal. Maybe a daily supply replenishment bag for each room or a written request system would serve as a better way.Also, it wasn't until the second night there that we realized that there was no cleaning service.This should be fully disclosed upon check in or reserving the room.Other than those minor annoyances, we had a great stay and would stay there again in the future!!!

Beautiful Adirondack style hotel. Beautiful views of the mountains and Mirror Lake. Close to and overlooking the shops and restaurants, and Olympic museum. This hotel is VERY clean and we know how important that is in these Covid times. I highly recommend you stay here!

Eu me considero e minha esposa viajantes bem preparados e já nos hospedamos em muitos lugares "altos" e "baixos" em nossas excursões. Deixe-me dar a todos uma revisão realista de nossa experiência. Primeiro de todos os quartos foram acervo considerável e até par com qualquer atualizado 2000 Era hotel, nada espetacular para o preço, mas bom o suficiente e se hospedado por 3 noites no total. O hotel afirma que se você fizer a 3ª noite eles dão um "desconto". Dito isto, minha conta de $ 1100 + parecia um pouco íngreme, considerando que não fomos capazes de usar a maioria das instalações devido à superlotação. A piscina diz 15 pessoas de cada vez e havia pelo menos 40. Os funcionários não podiam ajudar porque simplesmente não tinham. As reclamações de pelo menos 10 outras pessoas que passaram essas noites foram de crianças correndo pelo hotel, batendo nas portas, tocando sinos para deficientes físicos e sendo perturbadoras, eram tão ruins quanto os adultos se embriagando no pátio e gritando à 1h. 2 noites seguidas. E a equipe sugeriu que telefonássemos para o gerente pela manhã, porque eles não tinham capacidade de se levantar ou fazer nada. Bem, eu fiz exatamente isso e não recebi nenhuma resposta até o nosso último dia. I consider myself and wife well rounded travelers and have stayed in many "high" and "low" end places on our excursions. Let me give you all a realistic review of our experience. First of all the rooms were decent and up to par with any updated 2000 Era hotel, nothing spectacular for the price but good enough and we stayed for 3 nights in total. The hotel states that if you do the 3rd night they give a "discount". That being said, my $1100+ bill felt a bit steep considering we were not able to use most of the facilities due to the overcrowding. The pool says 15 people at a time and there was at least 40. Staff could not be any help because they just didn't have any. The complaints by at least 10 others who stayed these nights were of children running through the hotel knocking on doors, ringing the handicap bells, and being disruptive were just as bad as the adults being drunk in the courtyard and hollering at 1 A.M. 2 nights in a row. And the staff suggested that we call the manager in the morning becausethey had no ability to stand up or do anything. Well I did just that and received no reply until our final day. She said she would give a discount (175 off our room but 100 was for the original discount on the 3rd night) and next time if we wanted to come back, she suggested we ask if there would be large groups so we wouldn't have to deal with it. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!! We paid good money and your incompetence to look out for the well being and comfort of you costumers is appalling. There are many places in the lake placid area that appreciate the clientele and recommend searching for those.

Generally clean and efficient which is my priority in hotels. It has a comfortable bed and many pillows. The staff was very accommodating when my plans changed several times. (backpacking trip was canceled) The view from the hill is great and it was nice to have a sliding door with balcony even if small. (They have larger balconies if you spend more)
