“Love the Polynesian Resort. It IS very pricey, but that is to be expected considering it is a top tier resort. The rooms are nice and keep with the Polynesian theme throughout, though you could get a similar room for much less off resort. The advantage to staying on property, of course, is the extra care and convenience. You have the monorail that runs through the resort and can be the fastest method of getting to Magic Kingdom. While you're there, make sure to try the Dole Whip. It's much more convenient than waiting while you're at the parks.”
— Johnnie Thomas
“Most likely staying at one of the newer properties next go around. Traditionally our family was a Poly or nothing for DW hotel stays. But for the money, it seems like the resort needs an update - like it has not changed for years - especially the rooms need an upgrade. Still a great location with great family activities at the hotel.”
