Worst hotel! I was suppose to be there for three nights, moved out after the 1st. Awful customer service! Complained on the Hilton app no response. Moving to Marriott. They know what they are doing. Cookies were good.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. As previous people stated for it to be a Hilton the hotel is not up to normal Hilton standards at all. The rooms are very outdated. Nothing is appealing about the place at all. First room we got the refrigerator was broken. As a breastfeeding mom that needed to store her milk this was very concerning. They did get us a new one. We then needed to switch rooms. Once we switched the same broken refrigerator was in that one. So we had to have them bring the other one from the previous room. In the new room there was no microwave either which I needed to warm hot warm for my daughters milk. Once my husband told the manager she gave nothing but an attitude. Told us to “come downstairs to use the microwave” which makes no sense. Having a baby and needed to make bottles every few hours very inconsiderate. After reporting what she said they then wanted to act more friendly and get us the microwave. I would never stay here again and would not recommend anyone else to stay. Staff was not friendly, managers on their phones at the front desk. The waitress, bartender, and housekeeping lady were the only friendly people there that did a good job! Everyone else was awful.

When I pay and reserve aroom online at the Hampton Inn.So, convenient checking in, all they ask me is my last name and I got my key heading to my room. A nice hotel but my stay was very short and in a difficult period COVID and weather wise. Given that scenario I believe that the hotel staff did the best that could be expected. The room was clean and comfortable but a little noisy. The airport shuttle was excellent, getting me and 9 other guests to the airport at just before 4:00am.

This hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and welcoming. The staff was prompt and friendly. I visited the bar briefly upon arrival, and although the one drink I had was very overpriced, my visit was pleasant enough. Our room was very comfortable, and conveniently placed next to the parking lot. Our only complaint was that we were placed at the very 1st room on the ground floor, right across from the elevators, and where the lobby begins. People getting on/off the elevators were very loud (I'm sure assuming there weren't any rooms right there) and it kept myself and my service dog awake and anxious. otherwise everything was great.

I actually never was able to even see the inside of this place however it allows you to complete a reservation including putting a hold on my card twice yet come to find out they had no rooms available. I would recommend better communication with the sites that they allow people to book through. Both hotels. Com and better booking. Com. Upon arrival we find out they are fully booked. Luckily we were able to find a place to stay after our 14 hour trIp. I am glad that they had no availability because we found a beautiful place that cost less and had way more amenities.

The hotel staff were exceptional and ease of access to airport was fantastic.The breakfast potatoes were the best I have ever had at a hotel, and the overall breakfast was very tasty.The server was outstanding, an paid careful attention to our needs.The hotel manager recognized my diamond honors status, and made me feel appreciated.I will certainly use this hotel on future trips to Baltimore/Washington DC
