“Shak e Clay na recepção cuidaram muito bem da minha família e até se esforçaram para nos apreciar por sermos membros do Hilton Honors. Este hotel é um estabelecimento único e relativamente grande. Costumava ter um restaurante na cobertura por causa da qualidade de suas vistas que agora estão fechadas. A piscina também está fechada, mas costumava ter vista para o Pentágono. Esperemos que estes um dia voltem. Embora esteja começando a mostrar sua idade em certas áreas, como móveis e alguns acabamentos, ainda oferece muito valor e uma experiência positiva. Você pode obter ótimas ofertas aqui e ficar incrivelmente perto dos pontos turísticos da cidade ou do Aeroporto Reagan. Eu recomendaria sua Suíte Presidencial. Eles têm vários e todos eles têm varandas enormes e isso é muito difícil de encontrar na área metropolitana. Ligue com antecedência e reserve sua Suíte Presidencial nos andares mais altos e combine-a com uma Suíte King conectada e você terá literalmente mais de 15 metros de comprimento de varanda privativa com 4 espreguiçadeiras e mesa de jantar. “Me and family booked a night here from out of state. Family of 4 with the king suite and pull out couch. First off the pool doesn’t exist so don’t pack bathing suits nor believe the pictures. We were told it had been out of use for 6 years. In our room on the south tower side we had no air and not to mention we had two toddlers with us. So it wasn’t pleasant nor did I sleep good. Parking is ridiculous being $42 a night but I guess your car stays safe right….? The breakfast that we paid for with our reservation was okay not the best breakfast I’ve had and it kind of bothered my family because waiters tried serving us when we didn’t want to be served and bothered us while eating wanting a tip…when our food was paid for…and it’s a buffet. The pull out couch for my oldest toddler was mediocre outdated kinda feeling. I will have to say it was clean more than other hotels I’ve been to so I give it that and it was close to a lot of attractions. That’s about it!”
