Este hotel está em uma ótima localização, mas definitivamente precisa de atualização. Apenas dois dos elevadores estavam funcionando e aqueles eram lentos e imprevisíveis. Se você apertar "L", às vezes vai para o nível inferior. Também o único hotel em que estive em que tive que conectar a TV e desconectar o micro-ondas para poder conectar a geladeira. Fora isso, foi uma estadia de hotel bastante normal. É bom que o aplicativo funcione e você possa fazer o check-in e abrir a porta do seu telefone.

This hotel is in a great location, but is definitely in need of updating. Only two of the elevators were working and those were slow and hit or miss. If you hit "L" it sometimes went to the Lower level. Also the only hotel I've been in that I had to plug the TV in and unplug the microwave so I could plug in the refrigerator. Other than that it was a pretty normal hotel stay. It's nice that the app works and you can check in and open your door from your phone.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was okay. The bathroom ceiling needed repair and deep cleaning. Kevin the manager of the kitchen was absolutely excellent! He explained our options and took care of our every need and beyond. He made breakfast a wonderful experience. Thank you again Kevin for treating us so well! I would go back to this hotel for the amazing breakfast and service from Kevin.

Consegui um bom negócio no hotwire.com dizendo que era um hotel quatro estrelas. Eu diria 2 1/2 estrelas pessoalmente. Espero que da próxima vez a piscina esteja aberta não fora de ordem. I got a good deal on hotwire.com saying it was a four-star hotel. I would say 2 1/2 stars personally. Hopefully next time the pool will be open not out of order. I was really looking forward to swim after a long travel. All the laundry machines but 1 out of order. You could wash yours close but not dry them. The couch in the room was kind of grimy. Some lamps where not working. At least the bed was comfortable, I got a warm cookie.

Check in receptionist was warm, courteous. Kept things easy. Room was not clean-weird splash? water marks on the front of the TV console/desk. Underneath was littered with trash. Ash left on the in-room heater by window. (Non smoking room?!) Breakfast buffet was$16 but the selection was solid, dinner prices were $$$ for the offerings. Room service and pool were not in-service at this time, which was disappointing. When checking out, mentioned the room condition and desk receptionist shrugged and thanked us for staying.

O hotel em si era bom e limpo. O bar do hotel foi incrível! O barman Milena fez a nossa estadia 100x melhor. Ela não apenas fazia ótimas bebidas, mas era muito gentil. Gostaria de voltar e ficar aqui apenas por causa de quão grande foi a nossa experiência no bar. Obrigado Milena por tornar a nossa estadia tão boa!!

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The bar at the hotel was amazing! The bartender Milena made our stay 100x better. Not only did she make great drinks but she was so kind. I would return and stay here just because of how great our experience at the bar was. Thank you Milena for making our stay so great!!

The customer service is awesome! This hotel needs to be renovated. Bedroom furniture/decor is worn and old. Paintings in the hallway peeling and dirty, old carpet throughout the hotel. Definitely not what I expect from Double Tree as far a the visuals/aesthetics. Customer service was 5 star though! I have to give credit where credit is due.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I had brief interactions with at least 5 different employees and they were all great. The warm cookie at check in was delicious. The staff and yummy cookie were the highlights and only reasons for the 2nd star. The location and close proximity to the highway was nice for our purposes but that can be said about most hotels. Overall the hotel is dated and not very clean. My room was prepped but not exactly what I would call clean. There were stains and residue on the desk and bathroom counter. The shower head was so low on the wall I had to duck to rinse my head. I am only 5'9" so that has never been a problem before. The desk chair was disgusting with multiple stains of God knows what on the seat. There was also trash in the stairwells. The mattress seemed old and a bit soft, especially considering the claims of having the most comfortable beds you can find. Only 1 of the 3 elevators was working and it was extremely slow, even with hotel staff operating it. It was less painful to lug our stuff up and down 5 flights of stairs than to wait in line for 10+ minutes for the elevator. It seems like this location was nice at some point in time, but that time is long gone. Not worth the price and does not live up to the Hilton reputation in my opinion.

The room was very clean and there's plenty of parking (Parking garage in the back). The hotel hallways overall were clean. Breakfast is not included with this stay, it is $12 for the buffet. When I happen to stay here there's some sort of, what I assume was, Jewish event. The kids were all over the hallways on almost every floor with no supervision. This caused the elevators to be clogged up so I was using the stairs pretty often.
