“Before I give my review on the resort I want to say thank you so so so much to Leidy, Ruth and grey at the explorer kids section. They took such great care of my baby! My baby didn’t even want to leave when we would go pick her up! They were so attentive, careful and so so so friendly! They were the best at taking care of my girl and I felt super comfortable and knew she would be safe. Now onto the resort, the rooms are outdated but I didn’t mind because I was never there, only to sleep. When we got there everyone was super friendly and attentive. The services offered were amazing. Variety of food at the Buffet and the restaurants. The pool section was amazing, clean and many bars to go to. I had a great stay!!!”

“Beautiful location, beautiful grounds, nice layout. Good dining options, great staff, very friendly & accommodating. Gorgeous gardens, local wildlife (flamingos!), great pools including swim-up bars. They frequently had activities if you are the kind that doesn't like to relax on vacation. Only drawback was the actual beach, wasn't very inviting for swimming. Never saw anyone out there. Didn't see activities on the actual beach.”
