Great customer service and friendly staff. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great and reliable. Park and fly options worked well for us and was a reasonable price. Parking in the park and fly lot was difficult and space was definitely limited. People parked like jerks and at times, almost took up two spots, which made the parking even more limited. (Not the hotel's fault) Keep an eye on the lot throughout the day, spaces open up, and we were able to move our car to a better spot. Not sure if the $180 we paid for one night was worth it, but in a pinch, it had to do. Bar was a little pricey for mixed drinks, as well.

Horrible! Will never stay here again and if I can save even one person from our experience this review is worth the time. First off our room was gross and not clean. Bathroom was disgusting and cobwebs on ceiling. Bed were not comfortable and worse my wife was ate alive by something overnight and from searching looks like bedbug bites. The shuttle was late as keys were locked in normal shuttle so they were using a van and taking small groups, which if that was all I would look past it but the shuttle was also 20 minutes past their pickup time when we came home also. Our car was scratched down one entire side while in their park and stay. Oh!! And no coffee or coffee cups in room and or in lobby !! How can a place not provide at least coffee?? I’ve had better stays in motel 6 in my 20s than this place. Run run run to a better hotel

A little overpriced for being outdated but for a quick overnight it was perfectly fine. Check in was fast and easy, and our room was clean. Shuttles do not run 24 hours so the front desk called us a taxi so we could leave at 3am for our flight. We did a park sleep fly package so we left our car there until our return.

I was a little worried about staying here with my academic team after reading all of the negative posts. The hotel does need some maintenance and updating, but our stay was pleasant enough! It is super convenient to take the shuttle to the airport and go downtown on the train. The restaurant was excellent. The one complaint I have is that they don’t give you any wash cloths in the rooms.

I should be sleeping and I usually don't do reviews, but I have to here. After sitting around at the airport for 9 hours watching the delays pile up, I looked up this place and made an online 3rd party reservation as soon as my flight was canceled. Spent $40 on an Uber to make the short trip to find out I had booked for the next night, as in 24 hours later. The kind woman at the front desk moved my reservation to tonight without hesitation. That was the only good thing to happen the whole day and made me feel so much better. Some of the best hospitality I've seen. There is a free hotel shuttle to the airport too!

Upon check in to the hotel we ran in to an error on our reservations. Maria handled the situation and found a resolution after little discussion. This is the exact reason we left Hilton as lifetime loyalty customers and switched to Marriott. Thank you again for making to start to our trip positive.

I have been to many hotels, with five stars or without a single star. this hotel deserves barely two of the possible 3. air conditioning in the room does not work can not be turned off I feel like I'm in the fridge. not at all as it was presented to me through the expedia where I booked this hotel.

Needed a quite place to work. The internet did not work. I told the front desk. The front desk redirected me to customer support. It took a long time. In the end nothing worked. This was my worst hotel experience. I will never come to four points again !

Room was clean, but lacked enough towels, coffee station was bare, pillows really uncomfortable. Service was good.. Good price for Park and Stay for one night. We would stay again.

So, the price to stay a night and park for a week is unbeatable. But I cannot recommend this hotel for a stay. It is close to being able to pull off another star but, the only reason it got three stars was for the price to stay and park. Functional, not fashionable. I honestly don't think it would take much to sweep the floors, police the trash cans, wash the walls, have extra pillows (they legit said they were out of pillows) and maybe freshen the place up a bit. Shuttle, stay and park for cheap. Do not expect frills.
