“We stayed here during our evacuation of hurricane Ian for 10 days. The room was horrible, but we were lucky to get a place as hotels everywhere were booked, or we would've left. The kitchen had no pans, or utensils to cook with. No can opener or steak knives. We had to buy these as we have to cook our own meals. The refrigerator leaked, & the AC didn't work properly.The furniture was so outdated, carpet so old, & overall dirty everywhere. We covered the couch with a blanket, or i wouldn't have sat on it.The bathroom sink clogged couldn't brush our teeth in it. We mentioned to staff but no one came to fix. I told the owner. , but nothing was offered. Housekeeping was extra, towels we had to pay for, parking was very expensive, & the room not cheap, but again this hotel was full I'm sure the others were too, so we stayed but will never return. I do have to say the staff were friendly & attentive, but Housekeeping needs to step it up for sure !”

“The outside of the hotel is very run down. Very minimal outside lighting, but many broken lights. After checking in, we notified the front desk about mold on the bedroom wall, a hole in the shower near the faucet, no sheets or blanket for sofa bed, a broken lamp in living area, only one chair on the huge balcony and that the water leaked under the shower door. The mold was wiped off the wall and sheets/blanket delivered. They also put a plastic strip on the shower door, but it did not rectify the problem. We stayed four nights and never received a chair for balcony or new lamp. The shower drain also seemed clogged. The lobby of the hotel was always freezing cold. We were very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel. This is one of the hotels that Wyndham uses for their accommodations for timeshare tours. Not a good idea!”
