Se você está procurando uma ótima localização com um atendimento incrível, esta é a sua melhor escolha. Localizado na moderna área de Puebla, com fácil acesso a todas as principais atrações e com a vantagem de ótimas opções para jantar, fazer compras e passear a apenas um passo de distância. O serviço é excelente e oferece todos os requisitos para uma estadia de 5 estrelas. O café da manhã é bom, embora um pouco caro para os padrões mexicanos. Em geral os preços são mais adequados para os níveis da América do Norte ou da Europa, em comparação com outros hotéis mexicanos, pode ser um pouco exagerado se você estiver com pressa para tomar um drink ou fazer um lanche rápido. Os serviços são excelentes, mesmo durante a pandemia, eles fazem o possível para proporcionar uma ótima experiência. Skybar fica um pouco barulhento no fim de semana se você estiver nos níveis superiores. É a 3ª vez que ficamos lá, desta vez durante o covid, e a experiência de Puebla ainda é de longe a melhor.

If you are looking for a great location with amazing customer service, this is your best choice. Located in the modern area of Puebla with easy access to all the main attractions and the benefit of great options for dining, shopping and hanging out just a step away. The service is great and they provide all the requirements of a 5-star stay. Breakfast is good, although a bit overpriced by Mexican standards. In general the prices are more suited to North America or European levels, compared to other Mexican hotels, it might be a bit much if you are in a hurry for a drink or a small snack. The services are great, even during the pandemic, they do their best to provide a great experience. Skybar is a bit too loud on the weekend if you are staying at the top levels. It is the 3rd time we stay there, this time during covid, and the experience is still the best in Puebla by far.

Su menú del chile en nogada está delicioso, incluye un consomé de flor de calabaza, una copa de vino rosado Monte Xanic y un postre riquísimo. Tienen 10!

Soy cliente habitual y nunca tuve una razón para cambiarme de hotel. En pasado había estado en otros hoteles en Puebla, pero este es mi favorito porqué ofrece una relación precio/calidad que ningun otro sitio logra garantizar. Estoy enamorado del restaurante que según yo es la perla más brillante del hotel. El Menu ofrece siempre buenas sorpresas y la atención al cliente es realmente "top". Volveré siempre aca y nunca dejaré de aconsejarlo a compañeros y amigos. Un saludo a todos los amigos, nos veremos pronto!

Muy bonito lugar y se encuentra ubicado en áreas bonitas,las habitaciones muy cómodas,el bañó,la vista,el personal muy amable,deberíanincluir más platillos,sin lugar ah dudas volvería nuevamente..

Excelente hotel, la verdad es que está muy bonito y las instalaciones son de primer nivel. El servicio fue muy atento y de lo mejor sin duda alguna. El sky bar está súper cool.Cabe mencionar, que respetan todos los protocolos de la pandemia y eso genera confianza.

El hotel es bonito, la limpieza extraordinaria, la habitación cómoda y el baño excelente. La comida deliciosa PERO en la noche la música del sky bar a todo volumen no te deja dormir, así que el propósito de descanso no se cumple. No ponen tazas para el café que ofrecen y si las pides no las traen nunca, el estacionamiento te lo cobran!! Y el agua de beber que dejan en la habitación no indica que tiene un costo, pero te la cobran también. Una lástima que descuiden los detalles, porque la calificación podría ser superior.

Muy bonito hotel, las habitaciones de buen gusto y con buenos acabados. Restaurante bueno, nada espectacular.El bar podría estar mejor, le dan preferencia a jóvenes que van a pasar la noche sin consumir y llenan el lugar.

I would give 5 stars, but I was charged double for parking and DO NOT DO LAUNDRY. I paid200 to 400 pesos in other hotels of equal quality during my trip and here they charged me 1900 pesos for t-shirts, shorts socks and boxers!! Ridiculous, but my fault for not checking first. Room was very clean, nice service and good location for Angelopolus. But, there are more reasonable hotels of the same quality.

The checkout process is very slow, the front desk people charged us twice for breakfast, make sure to keep all your receipt with you. Front desk killed the good reputation of this hotel.

Need to take a star off due to poor service during our last stay. Usually a 5 star hotel, but not this time.

Very glad I stayed there and will definitely stay here again on my next trip

Top rating from me. Modern business hotel. Well maintained, large rooms, excellent bathrooms, solid Wifi. Quiet. Good A/C. In-room coffee. Next to 2 shopping malls and easy access on off highway. Staff professional and helpful

It was a pretty good place for the price and had an excellent location. You've got a couple malls right next to it with a lot of stores. Rooms are nice but nothing really special about them. Service was pretty good. They also have a nice skybar at the top and a restaurant in the first floor. I was in the room with 2 beds.
