“Just got back after a two week stay at White Sands. This was our seventh time we have stayed at the Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya and it gets better with each visit. The facility is huge and has a world renown spa that is second to none. The staff is great and everyone there is so friendly and they go out of there way to make you feel special. The food is excellent and there are numerous restaurants to choose from. When you compare this resort to the other resorts in Riviera Maya, you will discover The Grand Palladium to be a bargain and the place to vacation in Riviera Maya.”

“Other than the beautiful new section which is for Members only the place is a bit dated. However, it is very clean...well maintained....and the staff are just great and I mean all of them. Someone has done a fantastic job with instilling a great sense of customer relations in all the employees here. The food is also excellent with the buffet leading the way when it comes to quality and diversity.”
