H10 Rubicón Palace is set in white-washed buildings around a lagoon-style pool in the Lanzarote fishing village of Playa Blanca. Overlooking La Mulata Beach it features a spa and 10 restaurants and bars.Each air-conditioned room at the H10 Rubicon Palace Hotel is spacious and bright. All rooms have flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. Guests can hire beach towels at reception.Two buffet restaurants offer show cooking and themed dinners. À la carte options include The Steakhouse which offers American specialties; the Dolce Vita features Italian cuisine and Sakura serves fusion-oriental cuisine. “Had a fabulous holiday. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, very clean and well stocked with quality toiletries. Good variety of evening entertainment- Outdoor Disco - super, DJ playing requests. Great choice of food for breakfast- omelettes cooked to order. Plenty of choice on evenings. Loved the Italian restaurant- great food, excellent staff and played background music when requested. Clean pool area, great large pool and helpful lifeguard- sorted out our parasol! Ana on reception went over and above helping to print our passenger locator forms, when we had a problem sending email to reception. A perfect relaxing break- thank you.”

As others report: No welcome in arriving & very poor check in (lengthy wait was a disaster for our our babies); left to struggle with bags with no welcoming concierge, reception generally lacks service.
Ants in room as others have mentioned
When you book direct through the hotel you expect to be informed that the facilities are shut (indoor gym & spa, no welcome pack for members, no stocked mini bar- not the case for this hotel. It doesn’t cost to be up front about your service changes & without doing this it amounts to miss-selling which is avoidable.
Some personal gripes which don’t affect most people - no water in rooms (should be a basic provision for all inclusive), dietaries poorly catered for & no labelling at buffet to make it ease to navigate if this applies to you”
